Both of our kids attended this wonderful daycare, and over the course of six years, it truly became a second home for our entire family. From day one, the staff made us feel welcome and at ease. What stood out most was the consistency — the core team was there from the very beginning, and that continuity made all the difference. Our children formed genuine bonds with their caregivers, and it showed in how happy and comfortable they were every single day. The environment was warm, nurturing, and attentive. Our kids were always well looked after, and we never once had to worry about their safety or wellbeing. Six years is a long time, and looking back, we feel nothing but gratitude. This place felt like family, because in every way that matters, that's exactly what it became. We would recommend it wholeheartedly to any parent looking for a daycare they can trust completely.

We have been part of the Dianella Street community for almost four wonderful years, and we’re excited to continue our journey as our youngest starts next year. I can confidently say I wouldn’t want my children anywhere else! The staff are truly exceptional. Their consistency over the years has fostered strong relationships with both the children, parents and the wider community. They genuinely care about each child’s unique needs, making it a warm and nurturing environment. My two eldest children eagerly anticipate their days there and are often disappointed when it’s not their day! The director is outstanding—always calm, approachable, and ready to assist with anything we need. She fosters open communication, and the staff are always available to discuss how our children are doing. We receive regular updates throughout the day through the app, along with delightful photos of them happily engaged in activities. The outdoor space is fantastic, providing ample room for the kids to run, play, and explore. Our family truly loves being part of this community, and we highly recommend Dianella Street to anyone looking for a caring and enriching childcare experience!

We have had our 2 daughters attending Dianella St for the past 4 years (2 more years still to go). We can not fault it. Neither can our girls, who continuously ask if they can go more days. To see our children happy, thriving, socialising and learning in an environment outside of the home is all a parent can ask for. The structure, programs, feedback and communication is all outstanding. They really nurture the childrens' interests and develop opportunities to support them to learn new things. Our girls are teaching us new songs, nursery rhymes and other interesting facts they've learned throughout the day. They are so engaged in everything on offer thanks to the passion and dedication from the educators. The rooms and grounds are spacious and interactive for the ages to play separately or together. Staff are very welcoming and Rehani (the Centre Director) is always approachable and responsive to all parents and children. She takes the time to build relationships which is extremely important in our view. We couldn't recommend Dianella St any more and feel very fortunate to be part of the community!

Our family has known the centre for more than four years, with two children attending in that time, and it will always hold a special place in our hearts. From the very first day we (nervously) dropped our then, one-year-old daughter off on her first day, we had a positive feeling about the place. Both our children love the centre and the educators. They are all wonderfully warm and caring, and show genuine interest in the children in their care. It is also worth noting that, in the time that our kids have been attending the centre, staff have remained largely consistent and they all seem very happy to work there. This offers a great deal of security and comfort for the kids. The space is vibrant and engaging, and there is always plenty of room for imaginative play. Learning is led by the children and their interests. The kids spend lots of time in the fresh air, learning through play, thanks to the enormous outdoor classroom and play area. I am always amazed to hear how my kids have spent their days and all the new exciting information fizzing around in their brains.

My son attended Dianella St Long Daycare. During this time I found the staff and educators extremely supportive, encouraging and flexible to meet my sons needs. They assisted my son to facilitate friendships and helped him achieve his individual goals. They were able to meet my sons additional support needs and were liaising with his health care providers to ensure his needs were met. The facility provided routine communication and staff made themselves available as needed. They had limited staffing changes and staff organised lots of activities and events for the children. Highly recommend this daycare.
