The staff here are absolutely amazing. Everyone is so kind and welcoming. The communication is great between the staff and parents with regular updates on how he is going throughout the day.<br>Rachel helped my partner and I so much at the beginning when we first enrolled our son and made sure he was comfortable, he adjusted so easily with the other kids and I notice how much he learns by being there. I love seeing the photos of him smiling and playing with the other kids on Storypark.

Our son has been going to The Village WGV for 18 months and it has been great! (he followed his 2 older cousins who are now in school and highly recommended it). The staff have been wonderful, we get daily updates on all the beautiful activities, messy play, storytime and songs that have happened during the day as well as nap times etc. which help a lot. Our son has always been a terrible sleeper but the girls are magicians and never seem to have had issues putting him down. Often our son surprises us with skills hes learnt at daycare, like washing hands and using an open cup ⭐️ importantly the staff are capable and confident and weve never had a day when they have had to call to say our son has been unsettled, despite frequent emotional dropoffs. They are masters at distraction and theres always someone available for a cuddle during handover. He's recently started doing happy feet with "miss nyssa" who comes in midweek, and he talks about it constantly during his quiet chatter. The environment is stimulating, the staff are caring and capable...now when he's down the back in the big yard with the big kids, the struggle is getting him to leave!
