Our experience with Goodstart Mont Albert has been truly wonderful. Starting a child in daycare came with the usual worries for me, but the team has made the entire journey feel joyful and reassuring. We started when our child was 8 months and from the very beginning, we’ve felt that he is genuinely cared for and celebrated. Nursery Room 1 has been absolutely incredible. The care, attention, and warmth shown by the educators in this room specifically is extraordinary. They go above and beyond every day. Knowing our child is in such capable and nurturing hands brings my partner and I huge peace of mind. The centre has a real family feel. Even staff members who aren’t directly caring for our child greet him by name and big smiles every day. Communication is great and strikes the perfect balance. The team are open, approachable, diligent and easy to talk to whenever we have questions. Choosing a daycare is a big decision, and we couldn’t have hoped for a better experience. We feel very lucky to have found Goodstart Mont Albert.

We’ve been part of the Goodstart Mont Albert family for 5 years, since our son was just 8 months old. Watching him grow with the love and care of these amazing educators has meant everything to us. We've had both of our boys at Goodstart and have been going to the centre for 5 years now. The educators are fantastic and it is a very well run organisation. Highly reccommend.

We have been at Goodstart for almost a year now with our two boys and have been in two of their nursery rooms. Both rooms have wonderful and warm educators who exhibit the kind of care you would want for your child when they are away from home. Class size have ranged from maximum 6-10 so far in the two rooms we’ve been (2 and under). The centre from the outside looks well loved but the magic is really on the inside and the people who make the centre another home outside of home for our boys. The rooms are clean and tidy, they rotate the layout and toys in the room so the kids don’t get bored and they organise very thoughtful activities to develop the kids. Nappies, meals and snacks (they have a lovely in-house chef who also spoils the kids with special treats on special occasions during the year!) are provided with the weekly menu posted onto Storypark each week. Updates on what the kids get up to are also posted on Storypark; we get daily updates currently but when they were younger we understandably only got updates when they did something special that day. The centre’s leadership team have always been responsive to any concerns I have had and immediately addresses them. You will often even see some of them helping with calming the kids who are upset or getting them breakfast etc. This is the kind of centre where majority of the educators in the centre greet our boys when they see them. Some educators have been there for many many years and still have the spark of fire and enthusiasm when dealing with the kids. The staff turnover rate appears to be very low at this centre which speaks volumes about the culture here. There are many newly established child care centres around the area but I wouldn’t bypass Goodstart. Kids aren’t going to remember how nice and new the rooms were (that’s more for you as a parent) but they will remember the experience and care they had while being away from home.

My daughter thrives at Goodstart Mont albert and has been happier than at any other daycare. The staff are incredibly caring and kind. The program is rich and diverse. I am always jealous of the menu the children get! Very happy here.

We are so grateful for the incredible team at Goodstart Mont Albert. Both of our girls have loved their time here, thanks to the thoughtful and kind-hearted staff across the entire centre. They truly make you feel like you're part of a big family. We have watched our girls thrive, socially, emotionally, and cognitively. Can't recommend them highly enough!

We are incredibly grateful for the wonderful care and education our daughter receives at good start. The teachers are warm and patient. We’ve seen so much progress in her social skills, confidence, and curiosity since she started attending. The environment is safe and full of creative learning opportunities.
