I love SDN Glebe. It's not an enormous centre, so my children have close relationships with their educators and other children. The educators are always coming up with new and innovative ideas for craft, playing, and helping develop their imagination. Most of all, the staff are so warm, welcoming and caring, so I always feel happy and confident leaving my children in their care.
SDN Glebe offers early childhood education and child care for 29 children and is also an occasional care centre for the local community.
The centre is part of SDN Children's Services, which is a not for profit organisation.
SDN Glebe focuses on small group experiences. We know that children learn best through play, and so our focus is a child centred play-based approach. We plan our projects and experiences based on the interests of children.
We believe children are capable, independent and resourceful researchers and our priority is making sure that children look forward to each day. Each child is treated as an individual, and their individual play and learning experiences are respected and accommodated.
SDN Glebe welcomes children with disabilities or developmental delays, and families in need of support and assistance.
