We moved our children to Goodstart Penfield after experiencing a decline in service at another daycare, and I honestly could not be happier with the decision. They made room for my kids when we really needed support, and the transition was handled with so much care and kindness. What gave me confidence wasn’t Google reviews — it was the fact that almost every person I work with has either sent their children there or knows someone who has, spanning back 10–15 years, and not a single bad word was ever said. Now I completely understand why. The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming and genuinely helpful. They make you feel like family, not just another enrolment number. It’s such a comforting feeling knowing your children are cared for by people who truly love what they do. Thank you to the whole team at Goodstart Penfield for creating such a supportive and caring environment for families.

All 3 of my children have been apart of the centre, my oldest is 13 nearly 14 and I would not change a thing and recommend this centre everyday of the week.

I have been terrified of daycares for as long I can remember but this daycare has erased all my worries. My twins have gone here for 3 years almost and everyone that works there is better than family to us. I have never known people who take care of strangers kids like they are their own and penfield does just that. My kids and I know everyone's names and we love every single person there. Thank you to everyone who works there. You are amazing people. You saved my sanity, my kids sanity, helped them learn in ways I have no idea about or can't do, but most of all thank you for being the amazing people you are and loving and taking care of my twins like they are yours. You have changed our lives forever for the best. Thank you so much I have no idea what I would do without you lovely people.

My 3 children attended Goodstart at Penfield and I couldn't ask for a better childcare centre for my children. The care and education that my children were given A+ and even having a special needs child they were always there for him and caring for him. I appreciated everything that the director and staff did for my children. They always enjoyed going and had lots of fun also. Highly recommend Goodstart at Penfield. Thank you Nicole McNeill.

I have had experience with several different centres, and this is by far the best child care centre in the area. Its quite special really, staff are friendly, have animals onsites for petting, and my kids both enjoyed their time (as much as they ever could).
