Our high-quality, play based preschool curriculum is delivered by Bachelor qualified Early Childhood Teachers. Our teachers tailor their programs to ensure all children develop the confidence and social and emotional skills needed for a smooth transition to school. Hi, I’m Neeru Randhawa and I’m the Centre Director here at Goodstart University Drive, Mill Park.
I hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and have been in the industry for over 12 years - 11 of those as a Centre Director. I have experience working with children from birth to 12 years old.
I believe children are confident and capable learners, and we need to facilitate their learning by providing activities and experiences that are engaging and extend their interests. I love seeing children grow and supporting their love of learning. I am keen to make a positive impact in every child’s life at our early education centre.
Attending an early childhood education and care centre provides many benefits. Children have the chance to socialise with other children of not only their own age but across all age groups. They have access to dedicated group learning opportunities such as story time, activities, learning programs, show and tell, specialised programs, visitors from the local community and so much more.
I love the people in our community. From a quick morning hello to the amazing support given when we do a local fund-raising drive, it is the people who build our community. Community leads an important role in children's learning, therefore, we regularly host family events such as Mother's and Father’s Day, Grandparents Day, date nights, and more. This encourages our families to come together as a local community with our team and we also host celebrations at the end of the year.
We have meaningful face-to-face discussions with families every day to ensure they know how important they are to us. We build and maintain a good relationship with our families and provide comprehensive regular updates on their child’s progress, listen to feedback and take action based on it.
When I’m not in the centre, you’ll find me walking my dog or spending time with my family.

I honestly cannot express in words the kind of effort, care and dedication Yin, Brooke and Raman have put into shaping my son Avi—from a tiny little human into a responsible, kind and confident child. ❤️<br>Watching my son grow, learn and develop under their guidance gives me such a sense of relief and reassurance as a parent. They have not only helped him learn, but have also taught him values, kindness, responsibility and confidence. We've been with this centre for over 2 years now, and I'm honestly so happy with the care and environment. The management is excellent and genuinely caring, and that sets the tone for the whole place. The educators are warm, attentive and consistent. It feels like family when you're there. Our child enjoys going every day, and it's been a smooth, reliable experience. There are always little things that can improve, but overall, this is one of the best childcare centres in the area, and I happily recommend it.

I first enrolled my older son here as a baby five years ago after months of looking around at daycares. My son graduated kindergarten here and when I moved an hour away and had another baby I brought my infant here also, I honestly just couldn’t find a centre as good as this one and wouldn’t trust anywhere else.<br>My sister also had a child and enrolled her here.<br><br>The staff at this particular centre are so friendly and so caring towards each child that comes into their care. Their centre director Neeru is very friendly, always checks in on every family, knows every child by name and you can tell she loves her job she makes everyone feel so welcome at the centre and greets everyone that walks through the door. All the educators here are all amazing and do their jobs exceptionally well. They treat your little ones like their own and most of the educators are parents themselves.<br><br>Over the years having my children here I’ve never had a bad experience and my children actually enjoy coming to daycare.<br>Definitely would recommend this centre to any family who are looking for trustworthy and professional educators !!!
