A wonderful, caring community that has become such an important part of our children’s development. The staff are compassionate, professional and very nurturing. We feel completely at ease leaving our children here each week.
Ballarat Little Learners Early Education Centre has been established since 1970, owned by Helen Polkinghorne. Formally known as Ballarat Child Minding Centre. We have now increased our operation hours and open at 7.00am-6.00pm.
We are licensed for 29 children each day across two rooms. The Koalas room aged 6 weeks-3years with 14 children each day and 4 educators. The possums room aged 3-5years with 15 children and 1 Early Childhood Teacher and 1 educator.
From 2022, we will be offering a 3year and 4 year funded integrated kindergarten program for eligible families. Enquire now to find our more information and secure a spot.
Our team of educators come with a wealth of extensive knowledge and expertise. We thrive on providing high quality care and inclusive practises to all children and families. We all currently hold an approved qualification or equivalent, First aid, Anaphylaxis and asthma training. We provide sound knowledge and understanding of the Nationally Approved Frameworks, Regulatory requirements and the National Quality Standards. We are continuously reflecting on our practises and always work towards providing best practises and quality education.
