We are honestly so grateful for Little Beginnings Fernhill Road and the beautiful team there. The centre has such a warm and welcoming feel, and it means so much to us knowing our kids are surrounded by educators who genuinely care about them.<br><br>Brooke, the Director, deserves a special mention because you can really see how much care and effort she puts into the centre. She is always approachable, kind and supportive, and the positive environment throughout Fernhill really reflects that.<br><br>We are especially thankful for Sharon and Liz, Rhi and Holly, Sophie and Alyssa, who we deal with personally through our kids. They are all so lovely, patient and caring, and you can tell they genuinely know our children and care about them as little people, not just as another child in the room.<br><br>CJ, the chef, also deserves a huge mention because CJ is incredible. The effort and care that goes into the children’s meals definitely doesn’t go unnoticed, and it’s another thing that makes us feel so comfortable and happy having our kids at the centre.<br><br>The same can honestly be said for the whole team. Every educator we see or speak to, even outside of our kids’ rooms, is always so friendly, welcoming and lovely. There is such a warm, positive feel throughout the centre now and it’s obvious how much care goes into making the children feel safe, happy and included.<br><br>As parents, there is nothing more important than knowing your children are happy and well cared for, and we feel very lucky to have such an amazing team looking after ours. We really appreciate everything Brooke and the educators do and couldn’t recommend Little Beginnings Fernhill Road highly enough. 🤍

We have been at this centre for 3.5years. we absolutely love it. To the freshly made morning teas lunches and afternoon tea by CJ, to the educators who absolutely love and adore our daughter. They have helped her grow and lean so much in this time. We are sad to be leaving but I hope the centre continues to do big and wonderful things.

Nothing but problems since affinity took over. Inconsistent fees every week!! They would blame the child care subsidy even though I had not updated my income estimate. Communication is a joke, they don’t even know which email they have sent correspondence from and good luck sorting out a refund when your account ends up in credit because of their inconsistent fees.. this is purely a rating for the affinity group. the Staff at the centre from before the change have always been wonderful and friendly and new staff were also welcoming. Their accounting team needs some work, I’ve had better customer service and assistance from Temu
