I have had both my children attend this service (one neurodiverse and the other neurotypical) and I honestly couldn’t have wished for better staff or place for my children. The staff are all kind, loving, efficient and well trained especially with children on the spectrum. When I drop my kids off I can go to work knowing they’re in great hands and the staff always post updates of their day and their fun activities. I can’t put a price on the amount of relief this place and the staff provides me and my family. CCH has played a huge part in my children’s development and will forever be indebted to the wonderful women who work here. This place feels like one big family. If you’re looking for a service for your children, look no further.

While most of the workers are friendly and kind, the communication and management style of the organisation was very challenging to deal with. Their policies seem generally stringent and unrealistic at times. they have generally approached situations with a lack of trust and possible stereotyping of myself or my cultural background, and to top it off, they have not responded to some of my communication and input. I emailed about my daughters birthday coming up and I received no response and no acknowledgment of her birthday on the day. Then, on my daughters last day, they did not acknowledge this in their daily reflection/communication with parents while they acknowledged Naidoc and another child’s birthday. They didnt even know she was still enrolled! How on earth can they not? I’m fed up and that’s why I’m here to tell you my experience.
