State Government Approved Programs
Our high-quality, play based preschool curriculum is delivered by Bachelor qualified Early Childhood Teachers. Our teachers tailor their programs to ensure all children develop the confidence and social and emotional skills needed for a smooth transition to school. Through play, our Early Childhood Teachers facilitate children’s learning of important language, literacy, numeracy and creative skills.

Goodstart Early Learning uses the StoryPark app to connect with parents throughout the day. The educators upload photos and stories to the secure app, which parents can access anytime and anywhere to track their child’s progress.
The approach at the centre is very much based around partnership between families and educators. The educators work with the parents and carers to build strong relationships. They develop trust so the children can feel safe and secure while at the centre. Parents are also encouraged to share their insights and feedback with educators to add depth to the relationship.
The educators observe the children every day and tailor the program around their observations. They share these with parents, so they can feel connected to their child’s progress and also provide feedback that will further enhance their child’s learning experience.

Hello, I’m Diana, the Centre Director here at Goodstart Early Learning Wantirna South – Wallace Road.
With a passion for early childhood education, I am thrilled to lead this wonderful team of educators and provide a nurturing environment for our young learners.
I bring with me a wealth of experience in the field, having worked as a dedicated teacher for 6 years before stepping into the role of Assistant Director for a year. Now, as the Centre Director, my focus is to ensure that every child who walks through our doors receive the highest quality of care and education. I hold a bachelor’s degree in education, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment.

We have had such a wonderful experience with Goodstart (Wantirna South). From the very beginning, the centre has felt warm, welcoming and family-like. The educators are genuinely caring, loving and supportive, and it is clear that they truly know and care about the children as individuals.<br><br>What we especially appreciate is how supported and comfortable our family feels. The communication is wonderful, and the educators always make us feel heard and valued. They go above and beyond to create a safe, happy and nurturing environment where children can learn, grow and feel confident.<br><br>It really feels like an extension of our family, and we are so grateful to have such caring people looking after our child. We are extremely happy with Goodstart Early Learning Wantirna South – Wallace Road. All educators are warm, patient and genuinely care about every child. Our child settled in quickly and always gets excited to go to the centre each morning.<br><br>The play-based learning program is wonderful. We love receiving regular updates and photos via Storypark, so we can follow our kid’s progress every day. The centre is always clean, with spacious indoor rooms and lovely outdoor yards for exploration.<br><br>Meals are freshly prepared on-site and cater well for dietary needs. Communication between staff and our family is open and consistent. We feel so reassured knowing our little one is in safe, nurturing hands. Highly recommend this centre to families in Wantirna South!

I highly recommend this centre.<br>From day one, you guys cared for my son with so much love, patience and kindness.<br>Your team probably have no idea how much you have helped this mama over the years.
