It was my sons very first child care and he had his upper and lower lips cut at the very first day, the following week was no better, he complained about someone pushing him and had his knee being hurt. No incident report reported to us and the following week he still complained about his knee being hurt and we had to take him to ED straight from child care . Spend three nights at hospital and when we inquired they have not even recorded the incident record. Finally decided to take out of there for good.

My child is very happy at Goodstart Early Learning Garran, and we truly appreciate the care and support the team provides. The director, Assunta, is very knowledgeable and always keeps us updated. The staff consistently go above and beyond to provide exceptional support and care. The outdoor space is fantastic – plenty of room for the kids to play and enjoy themselves. I especially want to thank Anum and the team for their efforts in making my little one feel so comfortable and settled. Keep up the great work – we couldn’t be happier with our experience here!

My kids have been there for more than 2.5 years, excellent service, lovely teachers, very caring, now that we moved just last week, we really miss them all, we miss the director, Assunta, who is very knowledgeable, pleasant and caring, I trust them with my kids and highly recommend them.

As grandparents me and my wife flew in to help out our daughter and her husband in their transition back to work and from the day1 we were amazed at the very thoughtful choice they had made amongst the many childcare facilities in the area. HJ quickly adjusted thanks to very loving attitude of the carers and exciting learning activities. Their safety standards, onsite kitchen and personal attention by the staff is very impressive. Having seen our loved one's progress in three weeks of our trip we have all the praises and best wishes for this awesome facility and the people managing this 'no profit' based childcare center.

Our child has been there since they were 7 months old. The admin and nursery staff have all consistently provided exceptional support and care. The admin team is incredibly organised and always friendly, making communication so easy. Deena, Farhana, Sera and Kayleen - all of the nursery staff are so wonderful, providing a safe and nurturing environment for the children. They have always provided great support to ensure our child smoothly settles in and is cared for. Our child is not a great napper and refused to drink milk, but they have provided so much support at each step of the way. The director and her team including Doreen and Matilda are truly amazing — Assunta's leadership and dedication to the children and staff shine through. It is situated a bit out of the way for us, not very close to home nor to work but when we toured the centre, we felt so comfortable. The high retention rate of staff was a big consideration for us. I feel confident and reassured knowing our child is in such great hands. Highly recommend this daycare!

Our son started earlier in the year and despite a few tears at the beginning, he has really loved it! The educators are so caring and engaging with the kids and they always greet us with a big hello at drop off and pick up! The outdoor space for the kids to play in is great and they are always doing lots of fun activities. Highly recommend.

My son loves to go to the center and he talks a lot about his teacher and activities he did at center. Its like a second home for him. Assunta is really a good director who always tends to reach out and know how we are going. And all the educators are friendlier and efficient who always welcome my son and us with a smile.

This childcare has been amazing with my little one. They are very professional but at the same establishes an emotional bonding with the kids. I especially appreciate Kan and her team's effort for making my little one feel so comfortable. Keep up the good work 👏.

We have been a part of the Goodstart Garran community since 2016. I honestly cannot speak highly enough of this daycare. Laura and her educators foster an environment of true emotional connection with all the children. I am constantly amazed at the learning and activities provided by the educators! The friendly and warm environment means that I can always be confident that I am leaving my children in safe, capable hands, where their needs are consistently met. Ten out of ten! Highly recommend!

We were nervous sending our little guy to daycare…from the time we started in nursery and his progression through this service he continues to be challenged, nurtured and educated with an emphasis in circle of security. The educators are amazing and enjoy their roles! They are actively engaged with keeping us updated on challenges and working with us on our challenges. Without this centre and the amazing educators our little guy wouldn’t be where he is with his coordination, social skills, and learning! We love this centre and are so grateful for the educators and Director of the centre who put education and children first.
