Such a great small centre with a family focused atmosphere. The educators and leadership team truly care about the children and work hard to create a warm, welcoming environment where everyone feels valued. Child safety and wellbeing are clearly a top priority, and it’s reassuring to know that children are supported, respected, and encouraged to thrive every day. We have been a part of the Moore Street community for the past eight years, with all four of our children attending the centre during that time. Our experience has been overwhelmingly positive and we are incredibly grateful for the care, dedication, and support shown by the staff throughout our family’s journey. The educators at the centre consistently demonstrate genuine warmth and compassion. They take the time to build strong, trusting relationships with each child as well as the parents which has given us great confidence and peace of mind. It’s clear that the staff truly care about the wellbeing, development, and happiness of every child in their care. The educators are approachable, attentive, and open, keeping us informed about our children’s progress and daily experiences. We have always felt comfortable discussing any concerns or questions, knowing they would be met with understanding and professionalism. Generally excellent early childhood teachers at this centre. Just be mindful that if you do not enrol your child in this centre's 3 and 4 year old kindergarten programs (ie, give them your child's government funding for their kindergarten years), you will lose your long day care, regardless of how long your child has been attending, or their individuals needs. An unfortunate situation of money trumping children's needs. Very disappointed.
