Hands down THE worst centre in the area, would never in a million years recommend this centre to friends or family or even my worst enemy. Owners and centre director are all ridiculously clueless and have absolutely no idea what they’re doing and it shows, do not be fooled by their social media posts it is all a cover up to show how truly awful and manipulative they are on the inside…. Where is the department of education and why have they not shut this place down yet….

0 stars, Worst preschool in the cranebrook area, the owner will tell you one thing, and do the complete opposite, they neglected my son to the point he had a head injury at school, “smashed his head on the ground” playing on soft play equipment, according to staff. though they haven’t documented anything nor do any of the staff remember what happened to him, even though he was supposedly being supervised. My son regularly complained about other children hurting him and staff would be unaware when it was brought up. Staff members have spoken to parents about other staff members verbally abusing them while at work, overall not a great environment for kids. The owner tries to make excuses for the staff’s behaviour saying they had a rough upbringing.

My son has additional needs and the preschool he was at before CCPS had no idea how to care for a child with additional needs and then Mel and the CCPS team came in like angels and have been nothing but so supportive, accommodating, educating, caring and so aware of how to care for additional needs children and support and communicate with families. We have had no issues at all and my child has been thriving and actually enjoys preschool now. We are so lucky we found this gem of a preschool!

Absolutely appalling centre. If I could put a negative star review I would. The stress, allegations and poor care against my children had been disgusting. I will NEVER recommend this centre to any family member or friends.

Horribly run. Owner oversteps personal boundaries. The only “good” reviews are ex and current staff. My son was meant to be observed for possible epilepsy. The owner offered to pay for a paediatrician of her choosing. Before I’d even made up my mind, she called my gp to get a referral done!!!! Massive breach of privacy. Good thing my dr called me and asked who I wanted and didn’t just do it. The reviews speak for themselves.

I had heard nothing but great things about this centre prior to our enrolment, unfortunately things couldn't have been further from the truth. My children attended the centre for less than 2 months and in that time we were made to feel unwelcome for asking questions about our children's education. The team we talked to on pick up/drop off were lovely however whenever dealing with management we were made to feel inadequate as parents. I'm not usually one to voice issues, however feel that anyone that would like to send their children to this centre should be aware of our experience, although it may vary from others.

Poor communication and unprofessional

My niece currently attends this preschool and for somebody so shy, it's great to see how happy she is to go to preschool each day. The staff are supportive and many actively go out of their way to help families in need of extra support. I have seen some negative reviews, however, I can't speak positively enough about how my niece has been supported in her development and she has grown so much in confidence in such such a short time.
