We couldn't be happier with our experience at Paddington Childrens Centre! After just a few short months our daughter (3) is so incredibly happy and settled here, which gives us such peace of mind every morning at drop-off. The staff are exceptionally caring and clearly passionate about what they do—they’ve built such a nurturing environment that truly feels like an extension of the local community. We really value the strong communication we receive; we always feel connected to her day and her development. The program is so varied and engaging, with a fantastic balance of play and genuine learning. It’s wonderful to see her coming home so excited about what she’s discovered. If you’re looking for a centre that perfectly captures that warm, inclusive Paddington spirit while providing top-tier care, I cannot recommend them highly enough! ❤️

Our daughter started at PCC 5 months ago, the team were incredible at settling her in and easing my worries during this time. She now talks about all the carers on her home days and can’t wait to get back! Her development has come on leaps and bounds in not only language but also social skills and imaginative play. We've had the pleasure of being at PCC for three years now and I couldn't recommend more highly. PCC is a warm, friendly and nurturing daycare. The team are all deeply dedicated and have had long tenures there - and it shows! The food is loving prepared daily, there is plenty of room for active play and considered learning opportunities.

Located on Gadigal land in the heart of Paddington, NSW, our long day care centre offers a welcoming, inclusive environment where children feel safe, curious and confident to learn.
Encouraging curiosity and exploration
Many of our educators have been part of our centre for many years, forming strong relationships with children and families and maintaining a close connection to the diverse Paddington community. Through regular local excursions and rich social interactions, children are encouraged to explore their environment and develop a sense of belonging in their local area.
Supporting every stage of early development
Our educators take a care‑based approach for babies and toddlers, supporting communication, physical development, and social and emotional wellbeing. Our programs incorporate meaningful learning experiences such as Aboriginal education. Preschool children build independence and confidence through a combination of open‑ended play and structured learning activities, supporting a smooth transition to school.
Engaging indoor and outdoor learning spaces
Our stimulating indoor classrooms and natural outdoor play spaces encourage creativity and self‑expression. Children may build sandcastles in the sandpit, plant seeds in our vegetable garden, or care for our fish, supporting responsibility and environmental awareness.
