My son attended Reynella Community Children’s Centre since he was just 14 months old until now that he is 4. We have recently had to say goodbye because our family is moving overseas.<br><br>This is honestly the best childcare and kindy we could have asked for. Every single educator and staff member is so welcoming, kind, friendly, and genuinely cares about the children. You can see how much they love what they do and how committed they are to making every child feel happy, safe, and supported while teaching them important life skills.<br><br>My son made so many wonderful friendships, and he was always so excited to go each day. Seeing how happy he was made the difficult process of leaving your child in someone else’s care so much easier, and for that I will always be grateful.<br><br>I have never understood why this centre has some negative reviews because they simply do not reflect our experience at all. We would not trust any other centre to care for our children. The only reason our youngest son will not be attending is because we are moving overseas. Otherwise, we would have enrolled him without any hesitation.<br><br>Thank you to everyone at Reynella Community Children’s Centre for everything you have done for him and our family over the years. We wish you all the very best for the future and will always look back on our time there with such fond memories.💛

Our children have been attending Reynella Community Children’s Centre for a few months now after moving from another centre nearby. In addition to the community feedback about community centres - we were really drawn to this service after we toured and noticed the educators actively engaging with and being at the children’s level.<br><br>Both of our children settled easily and have built strong connections with their educators and peers. They are always keen to go to childcare (even on the days they don’t attend!) and come home each day full of stories of all the fun and learning they have done during the day. During their short time there so far, their development has grown in leaps and bounds!<br><br>The team are approachable, nurturing and caring and create an environment that makes my children and I feel safe and welcome. I would recommend Reynella Community Children’s Centre to anyone looking for a homely, inviting centre for their children :)

Our family couldn’t be happier with Reynella Community Children’s Centre. Our twin boys have been attending the centre for a while and the level of care, support and genuine kindness shown by the staff has been incredible. The educators go above and beyond every day to make sure the children feel safe, supported and valued. A special mention to Amanda and Simone, whose care, support and dedication have made such a positive difference to our family. Their communication, understanding and genuine passion for what they do are evident in every interaction, and we are so grateful for the way they have supported both our boys and our family. What speaks volumes about this centre is that our boys originally attended Reynella Community Children’s Centre, and when we moved them to another centre, it quickly became clear just how special RCCC is. We made the decision to bring them back, and it was one of the best decisions we could have made for our family. What stands out most is the welcoming and inclusive environment. We have had several external support professionals visit the centre to work with our boys, and they have all commented that it is the most friendly, welcoming and supportive childcare centre they have ever attended. As parents, there is no greater comfort than knowing your children are genuinely cared for, understood and celebrated for who they are. We are so grateful to all of the staff for everything they do and would highly recommend Reynella Community Children’s Centre to any family looking for a nurturing, inclusive and supportive environment for their children.

When we first brought our son to the centre, we simply hoped he’d enjoy some quality time away from home. What we experienced turned out to be so much more than we ever expected. Our son had grown in so many ways during his time there—joining in fun activities, making new friends, and learning so much along the way. Most importantly, he truly felt like he belonged. He always looked forward to his days at the centre and often didn’t want to leave, even when it was time to go home. With his own unique strengths and quirks, he was always respected, valued, and nurtured. Communication was always clear and thoughtful, and both the educators and administrative team were consistently approachable, welcoming, knowledgeable, and professional. We’ll always be grateful for the care, kindness, and support the centre had given to our son.

Horrible experience to send my baby boy to this childcare, teachers here descriminate against child of different culture backgrounds, my boy was asked to stand 40 mins at the corner of the classroom without allowing him to play with other kids, I already reported Reynella Community Childrens Centre to the South Australia child protection department for further investigation.

Our daughter went to this Center, it was her first day care and she had a great time.

I'm McDonald’s mother, the receptionist Rebecca is very rude and impolite, deliberately hung up my phone call as I enquired about my daughter’s safety issue, I can’t believe such a horrified cc is still running

I have had all 3 of my sons in RCC from a young age right up untill the start of school. In my experiences at RCC I have always received calls or messages in regards to any issues, an upon arrival there has always been a follow up. My 3 sons have absolutely loved there educators and have made some long lasting friendships also. RCC has always been a great experience during the year with alot of nature play, hatching chicken eggs an caring for the chicks, aswell as always having a great end of year Christmas show. I would 100% absolutely recommend RCC to any of my friends family or otherwise. The staff at RCC have always treated me with the utmost respect and also my children.

I’ll never consider sending my kid to this Cc again, the teachers and the reception staffs are all extremely rude and arrogant, my kid couldn’t learn any decent things from this cc, only selfishness and snobbishness, worst cc in the Reynella region ever, if the system allowed, I’ll give a negative grade, just worst of the worst Please be careful !!!!!! This cc told lies in the replying, they threaten me to delete the review, I will not give in, my conscience makes me to speak out about my kid’s horrible experience in this Reynella Community cc
