SDN have been an invaluable part of my daughter’s education and I could not thank them enough. The centre admin and educators greet us with a smile every day and let my daughter know that she is a valuable member of their community. The days she attends are the highlight of her week! The team here go above and beyond in their daily care and deliverance of the Early years learning framework and have also supported us as a family during tough times recently. A huge thank you and shout out to Margie for her extensive knowledge and passion in inclusive education and her dedication in supporting children with autism.

The staff at SDN Batemans Bay are outstanding! They have embraced our daughter from day one, encouraged her to be herself and supported her way of learning. She is so confident and happy to go to preschool because of the staff. We cannot praise them enough! SDN Batemans Bay Preschool provides quality early childhood education for 30 children per day, with a focus on ensuring children are prepared for school.
The centre is part of SDN Children's Services, which is a not for profit organisation.
Our preschool was first established in the 1970s and our new centre was purpose-built in 2005. It is a modern, light-filled space which encourages successful learning, confidence and a sense of belonging.
At SDN Batemans Bay each child benefits from a creative, play-based, child-focused curriculum developed by our trained early childhood educators. Our educators get to know your child’s interests and they create a learning program that nurtures and extends upon these. We also offer a school transition program as part of our preschool program.
At SDN, your child is supported by our village.
