We were once very happy with Mount Coolum Daycare, but this year has been disappointing. Class sizes were too large, behaviour wasn’t properly addressed, and communication around incidents was poor. Sadly, it no longer felt like a safe or supportive environment for our children.

Disappointed with the day care centre. Had our child enrolled to start, only to find out 2 weeks before the start date that the centre had miscommunicated the days of care, between the enrollments team and the centre staff. When we were told that we could no longer get the days that we were enrolled for, No apology was offered at the time from the centre manager and we were left to scramble to find our daughter care for those days.
