My daughter is very much thriving in this childcare, honestly so happy with the staff they are very kind and attentive to the parents and children

My 2yo son has been attending NECCC 3 days a week for a few months now and has been having the best time. We looked at so many centres before we found this one but the moment we walked through the door we knew this was the right fit for us. My son has some special needs and the staff go above and beyond to make sure he is happy and safe. I can’t say enough good things about this centre and the fact that it’s community based is so important to us. Thanks so much to Viv and team for all you do for our boy.

Definitely 5 stars! My older son had attended NECCC since one year old. He had good time at this centre. Staff were lovely and activities were well designed and children focused. I created two photo albums for his happy time at NECCC and I feel blessed each time when I look at those photos. It is just a great experience. I had to send my younger daughter to another centre due to multiple reasons. Now I transferred her back to NECCC and that’s the very right choice I’ve made. I still feel home when I walked into the centre with my little girl as all staff are still here!! My little girl settled very well here and I can tell she is also having good time at the centre. Staff here truly care about children and know about your child. The whole team is absolutely amazing! Highly recommended!

My little man has been attending North East Community Children's Centre since August and has settled so amazingly into the Joey Room. Morning drop offs are a breeze, as he is always excited to come here, reaching out for any educator from the Joey team. Whilst attending here, I have had full confidence that my little man is not only safe, but is eating well, sleeping well and most importantly learning and having fun whilst doing it. I can't praise enough the team here at North East for their commitment to making not only my little man, but all children feel safe, secure and supported. I absolutely love this service and everyone involved in making this environment so welcoming.

Such a beautiful little centre with caring long term staff, great activities and a safe environment for the kids!! My 2 year old loves going here and can explore and do all the things his growing mind needs! Highly recommend going here!

Absolutely fantastic childcare centre! I visited 6 other places in our area before finding this hidden gem. The teachers are all so welcoming and friendly and the outdoor area is massive. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Our toddler has been going 5 days a week since October 2023. We love the centre and the staff. Thank you so much for creating fun, safe space for our little man. We love the family activity nights and the excellent communication the centre has with parents. I highly recommend this centre.

My daughter attended NECCC for 2.5 years prior to starting pre-school and we had a wonderful experience. The staff are thoughtful and caring, and we couldn’t have hoped for more in a childcare centre. We cherish the time our daughter spent there during her early years of life.

High quality service with excellent, committed, long-term educators. The non-profit and child-centered care philosophies are evident in everything they do. Everyone is really approachable, they listen to parent feedback and are always looking for small and big ways to improve the service. Great yards and food. Our daughter has been there for 2 and a half years and loves it. We also love that there is no charge for public holidays or nappies, food etc.
