My daughter started at KU just after her third birthday, and after six months I can honestly say we couldn’t be happier with our choice. To say she loves it is an understatement!<br><br>The learning environment is incredible, with a huge outdoor play space that encourages exploration and creativity. The educators are absolutely wonderful, kind, caring, and genuinely invested in each child’s development.<br><br>The growth in her knowledge and independence in just six months has been amazing. She comes home every day with a huge smile, excited to tell us about everything she’s learned and already looking forward to going back the next day.<br><br>Knowing she’ll spend the next two years here before starting school gives us so much confidence. Highly recommend!

KU is a warm and friendly Preschool. The educators are a fabulous experienced team who have cared for for our girls with genuine kindness, interest, humour, and love. They provide a wonderful environment where children can play, explore, and learn safely, with a wide variety of engaging activities and learning experiences on offer.<br><br>The Director, educators, casual staff and administration team are all fabulous and we feel completely comfortable leaving our girls in their capable and caring hands. We are so grateful for the positive impact they have had on our girls and our family. We love KU Sutherland!

My child loves KU. She was accepted into multiple preschools in the area but we ultimately chose KU as all the children seemed so happy and engaged during our tours. My child is very sensitive and the support she received from the educators was instrumental in her feeling positive about going to preschool. They have very little staff turnover which is really important and speaks volumes about the centre and management. We couldn't be happier and look forward to sending all our kids there in future

We have loved our time at KU Sutherland and will be genuinely say to say goodbye when we move onto primary school at the end of the year.<br>We were hesitant to leave long daycare, but it has turned out to be the best decision, even despite having work around the hours that differ from long daycare. Our child has loved attending every day and has loved the teachers and friends she’s made. The teachers do a fabulous job to teach our children, while fostering a really positive environment. We intend on (and hope to) come back for our next child.

We couldn’t be happier with our experience at KU Sutherland preschool. The staff are absolutely incredible and are what truly make this centre so special. They go above and beyond for our son, taking the time to get to know him and our family.<br><br>The communication is fantastic – we always receive thoughtful feedback about our son’s day, his progress, and any areas where they can support his development. It’s clear that the educators genuinely care about the children and are invested in helping them thrive.<br><br>The nurturing, welcoming environment has helped our son grow in confidence, make wonderful friendships, and develop. KU Sutherland is a 30 place CCB eligible preschool catering to children aged 3-5 years. We are open 50 weeks a year , 8am -4pm. With an EXCEEDING rating in in 5 out of 7 areas of the National Quality Standards, our service strives to continually provide this high level of care and education at all times.
With a strong focus on school readiness, sustainability and relationships (circle of security) our play based program will support and nurture your child's growth and development in those crucial years prior to school.
When you visit you'll notice our very spacious playrooms and foyer as well as our well very expansive outdoor play space which includes many gardens and trees a large sandpit and digging patch, swings, raised platform 'treehouse', plenty of space to run and climb , ample shade including a verandah area which is great for wet weather play as well.
Our educators each day included a University trained teacher, a diploma educator and a certificate three educator plus additional support staff when educators take their breaks or to support additional needs children as required. All KU educators are very experienced ,committed and passionate about their careers in early childhood.
