We recently attended an orientation and Stay & Play session at Goodstart Hughesdale and had a wonderful experience. The Assistant Centre Manager was highly competent, engaging, and took the time to answer our questions thoroughly. The Centre Manager was an absolute pleasure to meet and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. What stood out most was the professionalism of the educators. They were friendly and approachable, yet clearly very attentive to the children in their care. Even while speaking with us, they always seemed to have one eye on the kids, which gave us confidence in the quality of supervision and care provided. In the meantime, we received an offer from a centre much closer to our home, so we ultimately chose the more convenient option. However, it was a genuinely difficult decision because of the excellent impression Goodstart Hughesdale left on us. Thank you to the team for making us feel so welcome, and we wish the centre continued success.

My girl loves going here, she has lots of friends, loves the staff too. As always we deal with the normal day care issues (sickness, kids playing rough etc) but it is always met with transparency and genuine care, which I appreciate. Thankyou so much to Olivia and the Team at Hughesdale xx

Goodstart Hughesdale is the exceptional child care centre . We have seen a very good positive changes in our little one .Educators are exceptional right from the nursery to the kinder education . Kinder teacher Luda is impressive . Her ways of teaching children is very nice and imbibes the good values to the children making them confident and go getter .

I completed a 20-day placement in the Kinder Room (ages 3-5) at this center, and it was an incredibly challenging experience. My mentor, Luda, was by far the toughest and most difficult mentor I have ever had. Her approach often felt rude, making it an incredibly stressful time for me. However, if I were asked whether I would trust my own child in her care, my answer would be yes. Despite her harsh demeanor, Luda is the most organized and capable early childhood educator I’ve ever encountered. Her professionalism and dedication to the children are unmatched. For her exceptional skills as an educator, I give this experience a 5-star rating. Luda may be tough on trainees, but when it comes to caring for and educating children, she is the best in the field.

We transitioned to Goodstart Hughesdale and can't speak highly enough of the quality of educators. We have been through 3 & 4 year old kinder and now have bub in the nursery, and the care for kids is evident. I especially love all the incursions they get to participate in. The centre is homely and vibrant, the perfect place for kids to get messy and come home with a sandpit in their shoes. Very happy with everything they have and continue to do for us in the years to come.

This is a fantastic childcare. Both of my boys have been going to Goodstart Hughesdale for 6 years, between them. The staff have all felt like family during this time and I quickly realised how much my children benefited from the varied activities, social interaction and creative play that the centre offers every day. Management and administration is well run, communication is clear and the cente is well tended. The carers treat the children and families with the utmost respect at all times, and on many occassions have helped me in times of need (eg. when i had an injury, they went above and beyond to help me transport my child into the centre from my car etc.). My boys have developed a sense of deep trust and love, for many of the educators there over the years. Sadly, we've had to leave due to moving to a new location. However, even after moving, we continued to travel the distance for a few years to extend the boys' time there, as they were so comfortable and secure at Goodstart Hughesdale. Don't hesitate to enrol your child here, it is wonderful!
