Our child had a great time at Dayaa for the year we were in the mountains. It was our first centre and they made the transition to care smooth. Staff are friendly and had a real attachment to our child by the end. I would recommend Dayaa to others.

This is very beautiful and very clean centre to put your child, we did inspection to get my baby enrol and at the end we decided to other centre just because Dayaa dont have children kitchen or meals serving, if in future you are planning to build kitchen for kids then plz let me know and I am directly transferring my son to yours. Few days in a week it will be better for children if they taste different food from their home made cook. Love this centre and will enrolling my son under you directly if develop kitchen for kids in your lovely centre.

We truly value your feedback and your openness about what is important to you when choosing care for your child. At Dayaa, we have made a very intentional decision not to provide meals on site. This approach aligns with our educational philosophy, which places strong emphasis on children’s autonomy, readiness for school, and maintaining strong partnerships with families. We find that children benefit from eating familiar foods prepared at home, which supports their sense of security, respects cultural and dietary preferences, and helps us manage allergies with the highest level of safety. We also believe that bringing lunch boxes from home creates valuable opportunities for learning – from making choices, to understanding healthy eating, to fostering independence in mealtimes and self help skills, all of which prepare children for the routines of school. We completely understand that every family has unique priorities, and we truly appreciate your suggestion. If in the future we explore a different approach to mealtimes, we will ensure families are informed.
