Bayhouse has an amazing team of long term staff that genuinely care. They go the extra mile to make your child comfortable and approach them as unique. All the staff know my children by name no matter what room they work in, they never use agency staff or have big turn over. You can tell the staff are looked after and get along well, the atmosphere is positive and calm. The director is always visible and chats with families. She also sends regular comms and keeps you feeling informed and in the loop. Bayhouse is not a fancy facility with iPads and apps, but the staff are absolutely gold and I would highly recommend!

Was so nervous looking for a centre as I had a bad experience with home care when my little dude was younger. These guys are so wonderful, I have always felt comfortable and welcomed in the centre and so do my kids. The staff are wonderful and attentive and they work well as a team. Long term staff shows that it is a great place for staff as well as children. Special shout out to Kristy the director- she is always there to greet parents and help with anything you need. She is kind and helpful and very reassuring which is what we all need sometimes!! So happy we found this centre and would recommend to anyone 😊😊

This is a wonderful early education centre. My daughter was always very well cared for and enjoyed her days at Bayhouse. A very personalised approach to daycare and the educators put so much care into planning different fun activities for the kids. Most days my daughter was having so much fun that she didn't want to go home when I arrived to pick her up!

Words cannot express the thanks that our family has for each and every Bay House teacher and staff member that has been a part of our family for almost 11 years.. With each of our 4 children attending the centre. All of the teachers and assistants are always so pleasant and upbeat, they create a really positive environment for the kids! We have been so blessed over the last 11 years to have such wonderful loving staff looking after our children, all the special events that we have attended, and watching our children grown and learn in such a happy place, our older children still love coming to the centre to say Hi to all their wonderful teachers. Our 4 children have been in fantastic hands over the years, the centre is beautiful and our children have learnt and grown so much on their journey's. Bay House is a blessing to all 4 of our children. Our family is very grateful for the care that has been given to our children in many ways by the staff at Bay House. We highly recommend Bay House
