Both of my boys have attended Goodstart Torquay over the past 10 years, and I have always been impressed by the consistency and dedication of the educators. The centre has a warm, welcoming atmosphere where children feel supported and valued. The Director is friendly, approachable, and genuinely cares about the families and children in the centre. The meals provided are nutritious and enjoyed by the children, and the learning experiences are thoughtfully planned to support their interests, development, and wellbeing. I highly recommend the centre to other families looking for high quality early childhood education and care.

We couldn't be happier with our experience at Goodstart Torquay. Our daughter absolutely loves attending and has formed such wonderful relationships with her caring teachers. The activities provided each day are engaging, fun, and support her learning and development. The team is always accommodating and provides thorough handovers, which gives us great peace of mind. After an unsatisfactory experience at another centre in the area, we enrolled our second child here and have been blown away by the level of care, support, and genuine dedication shown to our family. We highly recommend this centre to anyone looking for a nurturing and supportive environment for their children.

Highly recommend Goodstart Torquay. Both of my sons attend the centre and we absolutely love it. The educators are amazing and very invested in each child’s interests and the kids get to experience lots of sensory and messy play. Due to its small size the educators know every child’s and parents name across the whole centre which makes it feel so welcoming.

Having had a number of childcare experiences over the years, I'm happy to say that TELC has been the best. I've also noted that unlike some other childcare centres, the kids are never given any screen time, which means they must be enjoying their friends, teachers, and surroundings without them. The food is also a big winner with amazing variety and portions for even the fussiest of kids. I've never seen my child anything other than happy and healthy.

Honestly, we feel extremely lucky to have been part of the Goodstart Torquay community for the past 4.5 years with our oldest son, and now with our youngest attending as well. I truly cannot speak highly enough of this centre and the incredible educators who work here. One of the most special things is that many of the same staff are still here from when our oldest first started, which says so much about the centre itself. The care and support they provide to the children and families is amazing. Although there have recently been management changes, it has only im my eyes been a positive for the centre. The new management team have been wonderful, and the new educators who have joined the team have fit in beautifully. We will be moving away from Torquay in the near future, but despite the extra travel, we will still choose to keep bringing our son here because we know he is genuinely so well cared for, supported and loved. GOOD start? More like WORST start. I dont even know what to say about my experience as im currently receiving legal advice. But be VERY wary of the East Geelong center

Our little one is very happy at Goodstart. Amazing, kind and caring staff, excellent communication (and always accomodating where they can). As parents we feel very satisfied that our child is getting what she needs while in the care of the Goodstart team. If you like small community, family vibes, this place is for you!
