We honestly couldn’t speak more highly of this daycare. Our daughter absolutely loves coming here, and the difference we have seen in her development and confidence has been incredible.<br><br>Our daughter has global developmental delay as well as severe epilepsy, so finding a daycare where we genuinely felt comfortable, supported and confident leaving her was incredibly important to us. The educators have been absolutely amazing with her. They have taken the time to understand her individual needs, made us feel heard and supported, and most importantly, they treat her with so much kindness, patience and care.<br><br>Since attending, she has absolutely excelled. We have watched her learn, grow and achieve things that mean so much to us as a family. Her teachers genuinely celebrate her achievements alongside us, no matter how big or small, and you can tell how much they truly care about the children they look after.<br><br>Knowing she is somewhere she feels happy, safe, included and loved gives us such peace of mind. We are incredibly grateful for everything the educators and staff do for our daughter and our family. We honestly couldn’t recommend this centre highly enough. ❤️

I’m very happy that my son started his early learning journey at Journey Early Learning Banyo.<br><br>As a first-time mum leaving my son in childcare, I was quite worried and emotional at the beginning. However, all the educators made the transition so much easier for both me and my son. Their kindness, patience, and genuine care helped my son settle in much faster than I expected.<br><br>The educators always make us feel welcome, keep us informed about my son’s day, and create a warm and nurturing environment where he feels safe and happy. Seeing how excited he is to attend each day gives me great confidence in the care he receives.<br><br>Now I can focus on my work with peace of mind, knowing that my son is in caring and capable hands. My family and I have absolutely loved our experience with the nursery room. It’s such a wonderful feeling dropping our son off each day knowing he is so loved, cared for, and supported by the educators. They have always taken the time to understand his individual needs and have been incredibly attentive and nurturing in the way they care for him. We’ve especially appreciated the support they’ve given him with both his physical and emotional development. They are always encouraging him, celebrating his progress, and helping him build confidence in such a warm and caring environment. It’s been so special watching him grow and knowing he is surrounded by people who genuinely care about his wellbeing. We’re so grateful for everything the nursery team does and couldn’t recommend them more highly.

With centre manager Max at the helm, Journey is a great, organised centre to send the kids. All the staff are friendly and caring. Chef Cathy is doing a fantastic job cooking healthy meals. All of the educators are so fantastic - special mention to Aish, Didi and Cindy

Choosing a childcare for your little one is such a big decision, and we feel truly grateful to have found Journey Early Learning. From the very beginning, the educators have been warm, patient, and genuinely caring, which made the transition so much easier for our family. Our son is only one year old, so leaving him in someone else’s care was emotional for us. Seeing how attentive, nurturing, and engaged the team is gives us real peace of mind every day. The environment feels safe, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed for little ones to learn and grow. We especially appreciate the communication and the way the educators treat each child as an individual. It’s clear they truly care. My daughter has been attending Journey Banyo since she was just 9months old and I highly recommend it. Being a first time mum starting daycare was a big step but I haven’t looked back. The team at Journey always make me feel like my daughter is in safe, caring hands. In particular Jemma went above and beyond in the early days making those tough drop offs as easy as possible. The chef Marcus well and truly looks after the kids with quality balanced meals. Recently my daughter transitioned into the toddler room and the process was seamless! Ila and Cindy in the toddler room do a great job running plenty of activities to support development. Dayana has also been a joy to deal with from a booking and administrative perspective. It’s a warm and welcoming environment, and I appreaciate everything the entire team does to look after all the babies and young kids.
