Very high turnover of staff with little communication with reason. E.g. Kindy room educator Sarah left 2 weeks after starting, was told she went on 'holiday' and never returned. Must be a systemic reason multiple people leave.

We had been enrolled in two other day cares before this which were nice centres but we always struggled with drop offs as my son would always cry and cling to me. So I was really nervous to start a new one (due to a change in our circumstances), but now our kids absolutely love going to day care since we started at the Family Tree in Ardross. I drop them off and they are always happy and excited for their day! They have beautiful facilities, and all the staff have been so lovely, kind and supportive, and they build a great rapport with the kids. It has a really nice community/family feel with all the educators who seem to really care and help each other out in the different age groups. I would highly recommend to anyone in the area looking for daycare!

Enrolled my daughter almost a year ago. Very good facilities and educators. My daughter loves it there more than her school!!! So much fun, educational activities and nice playground.

An amazing centre for children, so many caring and supportive educators. Such a brand new and fully resourced space, the children thrive there and have so many fun and stimulating adventures. Wish I had this centre with all my children. Keep it up ladies.

Absolutely love Family Tree and all of the staff members. I couldn’t be happier that we decided to enrol our boy there. The staff are amazing, so caring and supportive. My son called one of his teachers “his best friend”. He had made lots of friends and continues to bring new skills home! I love that I feel he is safe and so well looked after every day he’s in their care!

This centre is clean and well-organised. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. I’m glad that I finally found a daycare with people who actually care about my kid.

Not the best centre. We have declined the offer earlier on but still receive a call from them saying my child will be starting with them. The old centre manager did not pass on the message to the new centre manager. Despite that, I still received an email from Centrelink to confirm my child enrolment with them. The fact that I have declined the offer means I would not like to put my child their care. However, to this date, they still have my child’s detail on their system waiting to be enrolled. This shows that they are pretty disorganised being a new centre. I’m glad that we did not put our child under their care.

After a negative experience at a daycare nearby, we found Family Tree Child Development Centre Ardross and are so glad we did! The staff have been nothing short of incredible - So supportive, kind and knowledgeable. They provide a wealth of information about our child's day including activities, how much they ate, how often sunscreen was reapplied, nappies were changed, etc. The facilities are beautiful and brand new, the playground is great and well covered. The team here are really passionate about daycare and really go above and beyond. Would recommend to anyone looking for childcare around the Applecross area.
