Meet Tymika

My name is Tymika and I am the Centre Manager at Eden Academy Harris Crossing. I’m a mum of two boys Bailey and Reign and soon to be married to my partner Brandon.

I’ve worked in the Early Years Learning sector for over 10 years and during that time worked my way up to Centre Manager.

I am passionate about supporting children in reaching their full potential. I value strong partnerships with families to support their children, as they develop skills that will help them thrive and reach their individual goals. I take pride in developing strong attachments to help your children feel safe, secure, and supported.

Rigorous Recruitment & Screening - All Eden team members undergo thorough checks — including Working With Children, ID, work history, references, right to work, background, and child protection training — to ensure the highest safety standards.

Ongoing Staff Training - Our educators and leaders regularly complete professional development in child protection, identifying signs of harm, mandatory reporting, and creating safe spaces.

Clear Policies & Procedures - We have strong systems in place for reporting and responding to concerns, guided by our Child Protection Policy, Code of Conduct, and Risk Management and Incident Reporting processes.
