Not suited for special needs children at all. My son is autistic and every day they would look for a new reason to send him home. They attempted to cut his hours down to 6 hours a day when we needed 10+ due to both parents working. My son was left alone when upset and not comforted when I picked both kids up they were consistently crying. Both kids did not want to go to school. My daughter had been sent home with no nappy on and the center blamed her. She was also labelled a thief by the French teacher claiming a bottle i had bought for her was another child's. It was not. Her comfort item was left around being taken home by another child multiple times. My sons comfort item was taken off him multiple times and put up out of his reach.and then they complained he was having trouble settling because they believed he looked 'handsome' without it n thet he should not have it which is not for them to decide. I do not recommend little zaks to any parent looking for a center. Infant would encourage you to find another center<br>Only reason they have positive reviews is because they ran a contest for a food hamper where you had to leave a review to be entered

We have had a wonderful experience with this childcare centre (2ic) The educators are caring, professional, and genuinely invested in each child’s development and wellbeing. The centre provides a warm, safe, and welcoming environment where children can learn, grow, and build confidence. Communication with families is excellent, and the management team is always approachable and supportive. I highly recommend this centre to any family looking for quality early childhood education and care.

Little Zak’s Academy is a great place to send your children. My child felt comfortable from day one, thanks to the amazing support from both the management team and the educators. The staff are caring, welcoming, and always make families feel supported. Highly recommend!

Little Zak’s Academy Blacktown is an amazing daycare centre that always provides the best care and support for children and families. Great place for kids

My little one just started here at 5 months old, and as a first-time mum I have been so nervous about dropping her at daycare. But the staff at Little Zaks have been so caring towards her, making sure my mind is settled by updating me and sending through pictures of her playing and having the time of her life. All my anxiety has settled and I have full trust in leaving her in the hands of the educators who absolutely adore her already. Thank you guys!

I had a positive experience at this childcare centre. The educators were friendly, caring, and always made the children feel safe and welcomed. The environment was clean, organised, and had lots of engaging learning activities for different age groups. I noticed the staff communicated well with families and kept parents updated about their child’s progress. The centre also followed good hygiene and safety practices.

The centre is amazing the children feel cared for their interests are the priority and the staff is amazing always there to help
