Both my Grandchildren attend Poplars in Jerrabomberra and what an amazing Centre it is too! The place is modern, and the staff are amazing, just out of this world! The facilities are quality, professional, and have a secure check in and check out system. The centre has a fantastic schedule of activities for all ages in all of the different rooms, and the daily meals are prepared on site and the kitchen facilities and meals are outstanding!<br>My Grandson recently went on the Centre’s bus to a local library for a day trip, and he hasn’t stopped talking about it!<br>The baby section is exceptional too, and has supported our family with the staff taking great care of our Granddaughter who required extra attention for her special feeding needs. The children are both thriving, and I can’t recommend this centre enough to anyone seeking out care for their children. Thank you to the wonderful staff and for their kindness and support. We are so appreciative to have this Centre in the community for Jerrabomberra and the surrounding areas.

Both of my children attend full-time care at this service, and we absolutely love it. The owners are incredibly lovely, approachable, and run the centre with a wonderful family-business feel. You can truly tell they love what they do, which makes me feel completely comfortable leaving my children with them.<br><br>Everyone here is hands-on and welcoming. The educators in the nursery are tireless and cheerful with the babies—something I am so grateful for. Over in the preschool room, the children have an absolute blast. My daughter is best friends with her educator and tells me stories about her daycare adventures all evening! They even have their own school bus for weekly excursions and real-world adventures, which is just incredible.<br><br>Another huge highlight is the food. It is delicious, made from scratch every day with quality ingredients in their open kitchen. The chef is wonderful, always happy to talk about his menu, and even uploads the weekly plan to the Xplor app. We couldn't ask for a better place for our kids.

I really love Poplars, the centre is beautiful, clean and safe! My child has attended since they opened. Every change that was occurring the team were very proactive in sharing updates. The team are beautiful, management is great and the service overall is amazing!<br>Thank you All

We did not have a good experience here, the room that my son was in for 4 days felt extremely under staffed.<br><br>We had issues with there not being enough staff to look after or feed my son properly, I witnessed neglect and the centre attempted to gaslight me and blame it on my son not being “ready for the 3 year old room”. They also just stated the room ratio is 1:10 (which wasn’t right when I was there). Our new centre for that age operates on 1:7 which feels a lot better for the kids and they never seem so overwhelmed. I would be more than happy to go into more detail if anyone is looking at this centre or currently has kids there.<br><br>When I told this centre that I was pulling my boys out they didn’t even ask for feedback, which I think is quite telling.<br><br>It has taken my son 3 days to get back to his normal self at new daycare because he was so scarred and scared of me leaving, but now at a supportive, fun, educational and well staffed establishment (cheaper too) he is back to being his happy self, waving goodbye to me on drop off and noticeably happier on pick up too.<br><br>Overall, some lovely individuals work there, Sumij was really nice, it’s a nice new centre but in my opinion very disappointing, unorganised, understaffed and as it stands today, I would not feel comfortable leaving my children there or recommending it to anyone I know.

This is a fantastic daycare! I had my first baby attend here and as a nervous first time mum they made me feel so comfortable with everything. Over the first week they would call to give me updates to make sure I was also settled into the new routine. My son loves it there and always has such great days playing, pairing and exploring. They also do great adventures with bush kindy which my son loves! Great variety of meals and snacks for him, especially giving him foods I wouldn’t make at home! I couldn’t recommend more. Maya, Mika and Zoe are all excellent. They’ve made a hard thing for me easy!

Whew! It's been a long road for the team at Poplars Early Learning, Jerra, as they waited for their service approval. They've been communicative, patient, and fantastic throughout the whole process. My little one has now started at daycare and seems to be loving it. Drop off is hard but the friendly and caring educators make it a much easier process. Highly recommend!
