We have had such a wonderful experience with infinite early learning Elermore Vale. The level of care, kindness, and professionalism from the educators in both of my boys rooms has been outstanding. It’s clear that they genuinely care about the children and go above and beyond to make them feel safe, happy, and supported.<br>To see how much my children thrive each day, week in week out ensures me i had the right choice in choosing this Centre.<br><br>The communication with parents is excellent, we love the OWNA app and we always feel reassured knowing our children are in such caring and capable hands. I love reading about the kids days each night & seeing updates throughout. We’ve seen such positive growth and development in our children since attending, and we couldn’t be happier with the care they receive.<br><br>A huge thank you to the entire team for everything you do each day. Everyone has made us feel welcomed & supported. I really love that all educators across the service not only the staff working in my childrens rooms know my children & make them feel valued & safe every single day!<br>I appreciate the warm welcome on arrival from ash specially who is always accommodating to our requests & the prompt return in emails with questions i may have!<br><br>We truly appreciate your dedication and would highly recommend this daycare to any family looking for a nurturing and welcoming environment.

I Fell Inlove With Infinite Early Learning Elermore Vale Within Minutes On The School Tour, Its A Beautiful Centre, With Great Resources For My LO To Play, Learn & Grow! My LO Has Also Fallen Inlove With The Centre & Staff, And Is So Happy When We Pull Up In The Carpark. The Staff And Admin Staff Are Gems, We Definitely Have A Few Favourites! We Have Felt So Welcome, Supported, Seen & Heard.

Following from my wife’s review, I note the response advising there is no building defects. This response only further cements our view on this centre.<br><br>Danica spoke with management at infinite and was advised there was an issue that was being looked into, in addition, we also received an emailed response from Ashleigh advising the smell ‘has been investigated by qualified plumbers on 3 occasions and is a result of commercial drainage systems’.<br><br>It was incredibly unpleasant and very strong on many occasions. On pick up, I couldn’t get out of the centre quick enough. I felt terrible for our daughter who was left to deal with it day in and day out.<br><br>I sincerely hope they have found a resolve to this issue and the staff and children are no longer exposed to this regularly.<br><br>I look forward to their response - no doubt trying to discredit this review as well.<br>Happy to forward the email.

I honestly cannot recommend Infinite Early Learning enough! Both of my daughters are absolutely thriving and have grown so much since attending. My eldest loves it so much that she begs to go to “school” even on the days she doesn’t attend, which as a parent says everything!<br><br>Every educator I have met has been so beautiful, welcoming and genuinely caring towards the children. It gives me so much comfort knowing my girls are surrounded by educators who truly care about their happiness, development and wellbeing.<br><br>The communication is fantastic, and I always feel kept up to date with important information and what is happening within the centre. The environment itself is beautifully clean, welcoming and incredibly well resourced, with so many wonderful opportunities for the children to learn, explore and grow.<br><br>Seeing how happy, confident and settled my girls are makes me so grateful we chose Infinite Early Learning. I would highly recommend the centre to any family looking for a nurturing, supportive and engaging place for their little ones.

Do not recommend.<br>Infinite increased their fees without properly notifying us, offered no meaningful assistance when we were trying to navigate the impact of their 12-hour session lengths on our CCS entitlements, and expect families to pay in advance while happily sitting on refunds owed to us.<br><br>The centre also literally smells like sewage a lot of the time due to a building defect.<br><br>Our daughter moved centres and only spent a few weeks at Infinite, she absolutely dreaded going. Her entire personality changed whilst at this centre.<br>The educators themselves were lovely and clearly doing their best, particularly with multiple high-needs children. However, our experience was that the level of care required by some children seemed to come at the expense of the attention available to others.<br><br>Overall, Infinite gave us the strong impression that they care far more about collecting payments than the families making those payments.

Fresh, new centre with lovely staff and everyone always seems happy and engaged in the kids. A breath of fresh air !
