Hi, my name is Jing. I am a passionate early childhood teacher who has over four years of experience working with children and families. I hold a master’s degree in Early Childhood Teaching and a current teacher registration.

I believe that children are capable and active learners. Children learn through play in an environment that values equality, inclusion, diversity and social justice. I am passionate about creating a safe, supportive, inclusive and inspiring environment for children.

I truly believe that parents are the first teacher of children, and the environment is the third teacher. My role is to collaborate with you to tailor the learning environment and programs so your child will have the best experiences of exploring, learning and growing. I will communicate openly with parents to seek their input on decisions about their child’s education and care. I will regularly inform parents about their child’s experiences, learning and development. There will be intentional teaching experiences based on the planning for children’s learning and development. Also, children will be encouraged to lead their own learning. Documenting and assessing children’s learning and development will be done regularly.
