Fantastic team, very convenient full supply long hours care, the kids love it.

My daughter started school this year she’s more than happy at the service. There is always fun things to do as well as school readiness, the teachers are warm and friendly to both my child and myself, we really are enjoying our time at the preschool and highly recommend to other parents looking for their babies

My children attended this centre and we had serious problems with billing errors and communication. I repeatedly asked for clear explanations of the account and for help resolving issues but didn’t receive the support I expected. The experience was extremely stressful for our family and ended with my children being forced to leave the service. Parents deserve transparency and responsiveness from childcare providers, and I hope the management reviews their processes.

Could not be happier with this centre & the staff. So caring, patient & kind. The centre is always clean & tidy. The meals are amazing & the centre's Cook, Dianne is awesome.

Staff are lovely and always communicate with how your childs day was at pick up. My son really enjoys his time here. Reasonably priced compared to other centres in the area and offer a great outdoor play space.

This centre and Director have been nothing but amazing to my child , my daughter came across from another daycare that wasn’t pleasant, they made her feel so loved and cherished that my daughter really enjoys going , by waving goodbye to me every time she walks through those doors , the girls inside go above and beyond as educators with the kids it just makes me so happy that I’ve found a place where my daughter is not only making beautiful friendships but memories too.. Well done to absolutely everyone there xxx

The team at Fieldsend ELC have been fantastic. Drop offs were hard, especially during lockdown, but the carers attention to detail and ability to keep positive have always made life easier. The centre is also accepting of our MCN cloth nappies.
