We have had a very positive experience at Smithfield Montessori Academy, and I am genuinely grateful for the care, kindness and professionalism shown to both of my children. My eldest attends preschool the 4+ room, and I would especially like to acknowledge Claudia, Jordan and Diana for the care, patience and support they provide. Their kindness, professionalism and genuine care for the children is truly appreciated. My youngest attends the toddler 0–2 room, and the educators there have been incredibly warm, caring and nurturing. A special thank you to Lea, Frozan and Florence, along with the whole team, for the love and care they show every day. I may not know everyone’s names, but every educator we have encountered has been lovely, kind and professional. As a parent, especially with a very young child, trust means everything. The care, reassurance and support provided by the educators have allowed me to genuinely feel at ease knowing my children are safe, cared for and supported while attending. That peace of mind is invaluable, and I feel completely reassured knowing my youngest is in such caring and capable hands. I would also like to acknowledge Centre Manager/Director Zoe, who has always been incredibly kind, caring, professional and supportive. Zoe genuinely works with parents to achieve the best outcomes for children, and her warmth, willingness to listen and support families is greatly appreciated. Smithfield Academy is a very friendly environment.The staff are outstanding very efficient supportive and caring.The centre is always clean and tidy.The curriculum and activities they have has helped my grandson progress so much he has learnt alot in just two years I highly recommend Smithfield Academy for enrolment for any child.They are also very supportive to families helping and listening to there needs for there child and also the family.

Our family has had the privilege of being part of this centre for several years, and we honestly couldn’t speak more highly of the team. Our daughter has attended for years and has absolutely thrived in the nurturing, supportive, and engaging environment the educators create every day. More recently, our son joined the centre, and the care and attention shown to him from day one made the transition effortless for both him and us as parents. What truly sets this centre apart is the people. The educators are exceptional, genuinely caring for each child as an individual and taking a real interest in their development, wellbeing, and happiness. The centre feels like a second home for our children. The management team is phenomenal. Their leadership, professionalism, and commitment to providing the highest standard of care are evident in everything they do. A special mention must go to the Centre Manager, whose passion, dedication, and genuine care for both the children and families create such a positive culture throughout the centre. It’s rare to find someone so invested in ensuring every family feels welcomed, supported, and valued. A truly caring childcare centre. The educators are kind, professional, and always go above and beyond to support the children. They were incredibly patient and reassuring when my son was upset, helping him feel safe and settled. The daily reports are also excellent, keeping us involved and informed about his day, learning, and development. Even the cook is warm and friendly! It’s a lovely environment with staff who genuinely care about the children and their families. Highly recommend!
