Our family has had such a wonderful experience with Joyful Early Learning. Juan, the director, leads with genuine care and ensures the centre feels welcoming for every family. The educators are warm, consistent, and truly care for each child as their own. 💛My son Theo settled in much faster than I expected. Within just three weeks he went from tears at drop off to walking in with a big smile, excited to see his educators. He now comes home happy every day, which gives me complete peace of mind. One thing I especially value is that Theo’s room is run with attachment theory in mind. This approach helps children build strong, secure bonds with the adults and peers around them, creating a safe and nurturing foundation for learning and growth. The stability of the team is another highlight. Staff turnover is low, which means the children enjoy consistency and lasting relationships with their educators. This makes a huge difference in their sense of security and belonging. Joyful Early Learning is more than just childcare. Joyful was recommended to me by a friend who had a wonderful experience. When I first did a tour, I was impressed with how clean the facilities were and also how friendly the staff were. My son has attended for around 5 months so far and we have been so happy with our experience. My son loves going and gets excited when he sees his bag ready for the day. The staff are lovely and have made the transition as an anxious first time mum sending her baby to childcare, easy for me and my family knowing he is in good hands. I definitely recommend Joyful.

Joyful Childcare has been an incredible help for my child in adjusting to life in Australia. When we first arrived, my child didn’t speak any English, but after attending this center for a year and a half, their English improved so quickly. The teachers are truly kind and caring — they genuinely love the children. We are so grateful to have found this center. We highly recommend Joyful and are sad that we've moved away! Our son attended the centre for over a year and loved going. As it's a small family owned centre, all of the staff knew all the children, and the facilities are also clean and purpose built.

I am so honoured to write this review as its nothing but everything we experienced since we started sending our kids to JLC. My daughter started going to JLC in 2021 when she was 1 year old. We immediately felt comfortable sending our child to this center. Staffs are very professional and they go above and beyond to help kids settle and be comfortable in the environment. The safety measure they undertake to protect the children is exceptional. The staffs are all friendly and professionall and very interactive with the kids. No children will be left behind in this center. And the center manager Juan is an incredible person who goes above and beyond to satisfy and accommodate parents need. Her hands are always open to help and have an amazing and positive personality. Even after relocating further away from the center, I still send my daughter and her two younger brothers to this center, as I would never trust any other center to care for my children as much as I do with JLC. You would never regret choosing JLC for your child. Thank you all staff and Juan for your incredible care and keep up the good work. From a very happy parent here.

Our daughter has only been at Joyful Early Learning Centre for 2 months, but it took us next to no time at all to feel very reassured and to affirm that we made a wonderful choice. We are so appreciative to all the staff there for welcoming us there, for the flexibility and for the amazing care they provide. Our daughter has come on leaps and bounds with her development since attending. She adores her educators and children in her room. Drop offs are never an issue! From the moment we enrolled at Joyful Learning, the staff have been incredibly warm, professional and accomodating. Since joining, we've noticed a remarkable transformation in my son’s confidence and social skills. The staff's nurturing approach and engaging activities have helped him come out of his shell and express himself more freely. My son has been attending for over a year now and there has been little to no turnover amongst the educators which has made the transition so much easier. From the moment I stepped into the centre I knew Joyful ELC was the right choice for our daughter. The educators are so warm and kind as well as very professional, it is clear they love children! The educators take the time to get to know your child to develop rapport and trust. The centre is very clean and organised with lots of toys and fun learning activities for children of all ages. Management and educators are prompt with communication and provide regular updates. We are delighted with this lovely centre and would highly recommend.

Educators in Joyful are professional, caring and passionate. My daughter started in Joyful when she was 1.5 years old. She quickly adapted to the childcare environment and enjoys her time in Joyful since day one. The center is very clean, has lots of toys, teachers organise different activities everyday. They just started Chinese culture classes too.
