Birches has been a very supportive and welcoming place my daughter. I’ve had two kids go through this centre and I found they are always encouraged to participate and are supported in everything they do. They have loved arts and crafts there every teacher there are supportive and prompt in replying to any questions I have!

We have been part of the centre since my daughter, Wynter, was just five months old, and I honestly couldn’t recommend it more highly.<br><br>The care, love, and support the educators provide is exceptional. Every single staff member has made us feel welcome, and it’s so reassuring knowing Wynter is in such a safe, nurturing, and happy environment each day.<br><br>Watching her grow in confidence, learn new skills, and build such beautiful relationships has been incredible, and that’s a true reflection of the amazing team. The communication with families is always fantastic, and it’s clear how much the educators genuinely care about each child.<br><br>As a mum, there is no greater comfort than dropping your child off knowing they are loved and well cared for. We honestly can't speak highly enough of birches. Our 3 year old daughter has been attending for the past two years, and from the very beginning, every single educator has shown her so much love, care, and support.<br><br>Those first few drop-offs were incredibly emotional and daunting for us as a parents, but the educators went above and beyond to make the transition easier. They kept me updated throughout the day, reassured me that she was settling in, and made me feel completely at ease. Even now, two years later, they still keep us informed about everything she's been up to each day, which means so much.<br><br>The daily photos and updates are one of our favourite parts, they give us such a wonderful insight into her day, and it's so special seeing all the fun, learning, and friendships she's experiencing.<br><br>The growth we've seen in our daughter over the past two years has been incredible. She has learnt so much, especially this year in kinder. Her confidence has blossomed, she's developed so many new skills, and the manners, kindness, and respect she shows every day are a true reflection of the wonderful guidance she's receiving. It's been so rewarding to watch her develop into such a happy, caring, and confident little girl.<br><br>Her kinder teachers are absolutely beautiful people who genuinely care about her development, happiness, and wellbeing. It's clear they love what they do, and it shows in the relationships they build with the children.<br><br>This is honestly one of the most beautiful childcare centres in the area.<br>The environment is warm, welcoming, and nurturing, and we have complete trust in every educator there.<br><br>We are so grateful for everything you've done for our daughter over the past two years, and without hesitation, we'll be sending our second child here as well. We’ve had both of our children at Birches for the past 18 months, and we honestly couldn’t be happier with our experience. They both absolutely love going every day, which says so much about the caring and welcoming environment the team has created.<br><br>The learning opportunities are fantastic. The children regularly enjoy wonderful incursions, including sports and music, and they’ve had some incredible hands-on experiences. One of our favourites was watching real caterpillars transform into butterflies over several weeks, it was such a meaningful way for the children to learn about the life cycle.<br><br>The food is always delicious, and it’s reassuring knowing the children are well-fed with nutritious meals throughout the day.<br><br>Every staff member is friendly, caring, and genuinely takes the time to get to know each child and family. Their warmth and dedication make such a difference.<br><br>Most importantly, we’ve seen our children learn and grow so much during their time at Birches. Their confidence, knowledge, and social skills have flourished, and we’re so grateful to everyone there for the wonderful care they provide.<br><br>We would highly recommend Birches to any family looking for a nurturing, engaging, and high-quality childcare centre.

My little one started here after moving into the area. We had enjoyed his previous daycare and were super nervous about the change. 6 months later, we couldn’t be happier. The staff are so kind and welcoming. My son has learnt so much and they put a lot of time into organising activities like Stem, arts and crafts and animal incursions for the kids. My son lights up when he sees Savi in the morning. We are very grateful for all the educators who always go above and beyond.

Extremely happy. My daughter loves all the educators here. They genuinely care about the child and their development. Fresh and nutritious food cooked by their chef Raji. Great play ground, lots of arts and crafts and extra programs on a weekly basis. Highly recommended childcare.
