Leopold Guardian has become so much more than a childcare centre to our family, it truly feels like part of our village, and that is because of the incredible people who work there.<br><br>Ady consistently goes above and beyond. She is always organised, communicates exceptionally well, and somehow always has exactly the information I need before I even ask. As a mum herself, she understands how important trust and reassurance are. Every time I leave my daughter, I walk away feeling completely at peace, knowing she is in such caring hands.<br><br>The way the children absolutely adore Sarah tells you everything you need to know about her. As soon as my daughter sees her, her face lights up. Sarah has the warmest, most nurturing presence and makes every child feel safe, loved, and valued. She is thoughtful, organised, and always goes the extra mile with the little things that make such a big difference. Those extra touches are what make Leopold Guardian such a special place.<br><br>Then there is Rosie - the sunshine of Leopold Guardian. She is the heart of the centre and the person who holds everything together. In the five years I have known her, I have never seen her without a smile or a positive attitude. Nothing is ever too hard, and she brings warmth, kindness, and genuine care to everyone she meets. Her positivity is infectious, and she makes families feel like they truly belong.<br><br>I also want to recognise the entire nursery team. Every single educator goes above and beyond, and their passion for what they do shines through every day. Walking through the doors each morning is such a beautiful experience because they are genuinely excited to see both my daughter and me. They greet us with huge smiles, enthusiasm, and kindness, making us feel welcomed from the moment we arrive. Seeing how excited they are to spend the day with my daughter gives me so much confidence that she is loved, valued, and truly cared for. As a parent, there is no greater feeling than leaving your child somewhere they are so happy to be.<br><br>Together, these incredible women and the entire Leopold Guardian team have created an environment where children thrive and families feel genuinely supported. They have become such an important part of our village, and I feel incredibly grateful that my family has them. The love, dedication, professionalism, and genuine care they show every single day are what make Leopold Guardian such an exceptional place. We are so lucky to be part of this wonderful community.

We first sent our little boy here just over a year ago now nothing but positive experiences, we have had a smooth transition. From making friends to, playing , growth and development, building his confidence to go off to play with his now best friends. We are truly grateful they have made us feel apart of the community helping transition into a new area nothing but amazing support we can’t wait to send our next little one Thanks so much guardian Leopold! Guardian Leopold is an incredible inclusive center where all educators and management go above and beyond to help the children thrive and learn. My 4-year-old son who has been diagnosed with level 3 (non-verbal) autism has learned so much from the amazing educators and loves coming to daycare each day. We really appreciate the kindness and understanding from Belinda and the team. Definitely the best center in Leopold, if not Geelong!

My 2 boys attend this service and we’ve had nothing but positive experiences. The staff and educators are so wonderful and caring and the program meets the educational and emotional needs of my children. They have been really wonderful at supporting my 2.5 year old who struggled to transition in and have helped him settle in so well, they he now LOVES to come to daycare. The team is really friendly with great communication and I always receive detailed updates about all the fun things my boys are doing.

We couldn’t be happier with our experience at The Guardian Leopold Kindergarten, from day one, the staff have been warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive to our children’s needs. The environment is both nurturing and stimulating, with plenty of creative play, structured learning, and outdoor time Both my Children have grown so much in the short period of being there. One in the Nursery and another in Kinder 4 they’ve grown socially, emotionally, and academically, since starting. The educators are truly passionate and always keep us updated on progress and milestones. I feel confident dropping them off each day, knowing they’re in caring and capable hands. (My kid even pushes me out the door now ) Highly recommend Leopold Kinder to any family looking for a positive and enriching early learning experience. Cannot fault them. Such an amazing group of Educators.

My daughter was in Nursery 2 and we had a wonderful experience. The educators were caring and attentive. My daughter was comfortable, happy and formed good attachments. Belinda the centre manager is involved and caring. when I dropped her off, I knew that my daughter was safe and well cared for and as a parent that was invaluable. Highly recommend!!

My child has leant so much and is so well looked after by all the staff, we are warmly greeted morning and get informative reflections every day. Any concerns we have had have been addressed in a timely manner and rectified accordingly. The centre is clean and tidy and the yards are beautiful we couldn’t be happier

My child absolutely loves attending Guardian Childcare & Education Leopold! His learning has developed so much, and he’s always so happy and well cared for. The educators in the Nursery 2 room are amazing and truly dedicated. Couldn’t be happier!
