Amazing hopes and promises. Sadly, they couldn't feed our child as requested and instructed. Then they expected our child not to throw a fit when over-hungry. With the new no outside food program, many are going hungry. I've spoken with four other families about it.<br>Not one is happy how their hungry their children are coming home. Yet don't have any available options to leave.<br>I'm not alone in my complaint...<br>Feed the kids properly, no we didn't have time.<br>Forgot to mention 3 times they failed to give prescription medication despite all protocols taken to ensure it occurred.

We couldn't be happier with our daughter's daycare experience. From day one, the team has made a genuine effort to get to know her as an individual, and it shows in how comfortable, happy, and confident she is every day.<br>Our daughter is a soft-hearted little toddler, and Mikayla and Jordan (her faves) are always there with a cuddle, comfort, and reassurance whenever she needs it. Their kindness and patience mean so much to us.<br>Shout out to Tom as well, the director, who truly made it his mission to help her feel safe, secure, and smiling.<br>One of the things we love most is that everyone knows her name and takes the time to stop, chat, and connect with her. It creates such a warm, welcoming environment where children are genuinely seen and valued.<br>We are so grateful for the love, care, and attention the team gives our daughter every day.

Amazing daycare and staff! Its a very homey vibe and my daughter is actually happy to goto daycare in the mornings which is such a good feeling 🙂 Miss Ruby and Miss Taiya (hope i spelt that right) are always so bright and happy, they do activities through the day and I love how big the outdoor area is...the kids always look like they're having a great time 😁 Truly happy to send my child here for care 💜

To put it short, AMAZING.. from the staff to the centre , the interactive activities that are thoroughly thought of to the gentleness the educators give to our babies. While very educator I have had contact with is always smiling and welcoming and great with communication id like to say a special thanks to the educators I see on the daily. Miss Makayla is always so chirpy and full of beans with the babies and it is great to see! Miss taiya , my kids absolutely love her and she always welcome everyone with a smile and a big cuddle As for the reception area,Mr Tom , Miss Charmaine , miss sally are always greeting us with a smile, helping with our babies, or even with having a much needed end of day catch up, without these beautiful souls I wouldn't have been able to go back to studying and I’m forever greatful for all they do!

My child has only just started here at vacation care for the April holidays and he has told me every afternoon that he enjoys going. Im thankful that Miss Char and Mr Tom have been super welcoming and supportive for him. The centre itself is lovely, open and refreshing. Theres so much for the children to do. We look forward to more vacation care and maybe ASC soon as well.

Our 2 children have been attending Raceview kindergarten and Childcare since January 2026 and we could not be happier. Last week as I was leaving I saw Mr Tom who is the Operations Manager playing outside kicking a soccer ball with the kindy kids and he was genuinely loving it as much as the kids were. Miss Charmaine, the assistant manager also gets out in the rooms and the yards with the children which is something we haven’t seen at other centres before, it’s really humbling to see. The nursery room is fully equipped with sensory toys for our 10 month old and she is always happy to be there. Miss Lisa in the Kindy room has been amazing with my son who struggles with emotional regulation. Lisa is incredibly skilled in behaviour redirection and validating his feelings. We look forward to continuing our childcare journey with Raceview kindergarten and Childcare and each day look forward to the huge smiles we are greeted with by the beautiful staff.

My first experience with a daycare centre so wasn’t sure what to expect but Miss Karen made us feel so comfortable knowing our daughter was getting the best care. She is an exceptional educator who truly goes above and beyond. She creates a warm, nurturing environment and takes the time to understand each child’s individual needs. My daughter absolutely adores her. Karen’s dedication, kindness, and genuine passion for the babies makes her a real standout—we’re incredibly grateful for everything she does.

Appreciate Jordan an Tay so much, center has come along way since new owners, feels like family now not just a day care.

You can see the genuine care she has for our babies. Miss Sharon has always been absolutely amazing with chasing the children or giving a much needed hug after falling she has a very gentle soul. Miss Makayla is always so chirpy and full of beans with the babies and it is great to see! As for the reception area, Miss Renee, Mr Tom , Miss Charmaine , miss sally are always greeting us with a smile, helping with our babies, or even with having a much needed end of day catch up, without these beautiful souls I wouldn’t have been able to return to work and I’m forever greatful for all they do!
