We recently enrolled our son here, and it's the best decision we have ever made. The facilities are beautiful, and it provides a great learning environment for the children. The staff are always kind and provide lots of support to the children, which we really appreciate. We receive amazing and informative daily updates, which keeps us connected to his day. Our son gets to do a range of exciting learning activities each day. We couldn't be happier with our decision to join this daycare.

I would highly recommend Kids Club Hamilton to anyone who is looking for a high-quality Child Care Centre! My son has been with Kids Club CC Hamilton for nearly four years now and I couldn't imagine him at another! For as long as my family have been with KCCC Hamilton, the centre has always ensured a high level of up-kept security, hygiene and kitchen areas. The indoor learning spaces are always well thought-out, with plenty of space and resources for development and entertainment. The outdoor play spaces (both upstairs and downstairs) have always been my son's favourite facility of the centre - where he has the opportunity to do many things - gardening, reading, playground, sandpit, sports, Zumba, dancing etc. The chef, Mr. Wayne, has been nothing but kind and creates nothing but amazing and nutritious meals for the kids during the day! From my son's early days at the centre with Miss Becky and Miss Sienna to his days as of late with Miss Dani and Miss Vicky - my boy has always enjoyed his time at the centre and looks forward to seeing his friends and the staff to tell them all of his stories. The educators in this centre are kind, caring and are committed to the children's journey at the centre! Mel, Holly and Taylah have been amazing at leading the centre and building strong relationships with all of the families at the centre - it truly feels like KCCC Hamilton is a community thanks to these women! They are always engaging with the families and are continuously seeking feedback from our community to see if there are any concerns or improvements to be made. It has always reassured me that although the centre seems it couldn't get any better, Mel, Holly and Taylah are always trying to improve the centre. It really puts me at ease knowing that from the managing staff, to the chef and the educators, that my son has always been in a clean, safe, kind, fun environment that prioritises growth, education and development in a nurturing and supportive manner - I highly recommend!

They’ve created such a warm and nurturing environment where our little one feels safe, happy, and excited to go every day. 🫶🏻 Now with Taylah joining the team, it feels complete! Her kind and positive energy has added even more joy to the room. We’re so grateful for the love, patience, and dedication the entire team shows daily. Thank you for everything you do team. Our little lady has been with Kids Club Hamilton from 14months old, right through to now where she is absolutely thriving in their kindy program at 4years old. I cannot speak highly enough of the sense of community at this centre; where families are always welcomed and encouraged to be present and a part of what is going on; with celebrations, morning teas & events specifically organised to bring parents in. Above all there is a really strong sense of openness, and the peace of mind that this gives me as a parent is absolutely invaluable. The educators and management make such a concerted effort to understand the individual needs of every child in their care, and to work with parents to ensure these needs are being met. Over the years my daughter has formed some beautiful bonds with educators, and socially she has absolutely blossomed. She absolutely loves the program, and I could not be happier with the diverse range of activities she is engaging with.

Kids Club Hamilton is outstanding. The staff are warm, attentive and genuinely care for our little ones. They made our transition to a new centre feel safe and supported. And their programs are thoughtful and engaging, while balancing play and learning in a way that's building confidence. As first-time parents we couldn’t be happier.

I took my baby out of there when I saw a child with a huge bump from a blow and the caretakers justified themselves by saying that they didn't hear any blows or crying, so they didn't pay attention to him. Also, one day they went to look for my baby and nobody knew where he was and they found him in a crib covered in wax and crying.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This place is absolutely amazing, and so are the people who work here! I joined them two years ago after trying multiple other places, and I can confidently say they go above and beyond. There are so many activities, and my daughter absolutely loves it—she wakes up in the morning asking: “Mum, can I go to daycare?!” 😍 There’s truly no better place than this. I’m so grateful for the love, care, and dedication they give to every single child. 🙏🏻❤️

Kids Club Hamilton has been such a wonderful place for our family. At the start we were nervous about daycare and leaving Leo, but the educators were so patient and supportive with us. Now at 19 months, he runs straight in every morning - usually heading straight to the sandpit.. his favourite spot! He’s built genuine connections with both the kids and the educators, and it honestly feels like leaving him somewhere he’s loved just as much as he is at home. That peace of mind is priceless. We’re even moving to Redcliffe soon but will keep him here.. it’s that good.
