I would recommend Kids Club to my friends who have children. My child is an only child, and my biggest worry is that I might not be able to provide her with the best emotional happiness, confidence, and a wonderful childhood. I hope she can interact with more children, play together, and grow together. From the time my child started attending Kids Club at one year old until she's almost three, I'm so happy to see her become a confident, lively, and always cheerful child. I'm very grateful to the staff there for taking such good care of my child. My child loves them too! 💖

Dear Kid Club Management Team, and owner I am writing to raise concerns regarding the quality of care my son has received at your centre, as well as the issues I experienced at the end of his enrolment. I am extremely disappointed with how these matters have been handled. When my son first started in the Rainforest Room, he was happy and settled. However, since being moved to the Ocean Room, his behaviour changed significantly. Every morning he refused to go to Kid Club and became very upset. This has continued consistently and is deeply concerning as a parent. I have also noticed that 9 out of 10 times when I pick him up, his face is messy, and on several occasions he has been sent home with a soiled nappy. Although I did not want to complain initially, the ongoing pattern has been unacceptable. One particularly upsetting incident was when I arrived during nap time and found my son sleeping without a blanket, while other children had blankets. When I asked the educator, I was told there were not enough blankets. Since then, I have had to bring my own blanket every day and remind staff to use it. This raises serious concerns about my son’s comfort, safety, and overall care. Due to these repeated issues affecting his wellbeing, I decided to withdraw my son from Kid Club and seek alternative childcare. However, even during the final weeks, I experienced further disappointment, this time regarding fees and communication. I was informed that I had to provide four weeks’ notice and pay full fees, even though my son did not attend during his final three weeks. Two weeks later, I received a notification through the app advising that I needed to pay full fees again because the centre could not approve childcare subsidy. This left me feeling taken advantage of, especially because none of this important information was communicated verbally to me while I continued to attend the centre daily. When I noticed this unusual charge, I immediately called the centre to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, the only response I received was an explanation of policy and process, with no acknowledgment of my concerns. I did not feel heard or supported by either customer service or the support team. I even visited the centre in person hoping to resolve the matter, but once again, I was given the same policy explanation and told nothing could be done. My request was dismissed, and I felt passed around without any real attempt to solve the problem. This experience left me feeling extremely frustrated and upset. Overall, both the quality of care and the customer service have fallen far below my expectations. I am requesting a response from management addressing these concerns for me.

The BEST childcare I have ever experienced!! You truely won’t come across a childcare like this. My son is now 3 years old and has been in their care since 6 months old. Not only is the center set up beautifully for children, clean and spacious, the staff are amazing!!!! It would be hard to name a single staff member that stands out because honestly they are all great. From the girls in reception, to the carers and the chef, they have all been supportive and outstanding. This center really couldn’t of picked better staff to employ. I truely felt safe, comfortable and content with leaving my son in their care. The staff working with the children show they care about their relationships built with the children and provide a sense of family rather than just supervision. For me that was the most important thing. If you are looking for a childcare, this is the place and you won’t regret it! ❤️

A Long Overdue Thank You to the Amazing Kids Club Educators 💖 It took me a while to write this post about the wonderful team at Kids Club, as I’ve been caught up with personal and professional commitments. But this message of gratitude has been in my heart for a long time. I still clearly remember the day I first came in to enquire about the centre, and the very first morning I dropped off my daughter. Like any parent, I was filled with anxiety in those early days—wondering if she’d be okay, if she’d settle in, and if she’d be cared for like she is at home. Over time, my worries began to fade. Watching the way the educators—Arsel, Shavon, and Kylie—cared for my child with such warmth and motherly affection truly put my heart at ease. I knew then that choosing Kids Club was one of the best decisions I had made. Being an early childhood educator takes incredible patience, compassion, and dedication—and every single member of the team embodies that beautifully. From Miss Jess, Calistha, Jenn, Diksha, to Pallavi, and many others whose names I may not have mentioned but whose efforts don’t go unnoticed—thank you. 🙏 You all go above and beyond not just to keep the children safe, but to engage them in playful learning, nurture their curiosity, and support their growth with kindness and care. Because of your continuous efforts, Kids Club has become more than just a childcare centre—it’s become an extension of our family. We feel incredibly lucky that our daughter has spent the last 8 months at Kids Club Collins Street under the care of Ms Christine. When she first started, she didn’t know any English at all and was quite shy, not knowing anyone in the class. Those first weeks could have been very challenging, but thanks to the warm, patient and supportive approach of Ms Christine, she settled in much faster than we could have ever expected. From the beginning, Ms Christine reassured us by saying that our daughter would open up and start speaking English within about 2 months – and that was exactly what happened. It was amazing to see her confidence grow and to watch her start communicating, singing songs, and interacting with her classmates in English. Now she is fully ready for Prep, and we are so grateful that she has built such a strong foundation in her early learning journey. What we appreciated most as parents was the way Ms Christine always kept us informed and involved. She shared updates, celebrated even the small achievements, and made sure we always felt connected to our daughter’s progress. This gave us peace of mind every single day. Our daughter absolutely loves her teacher and feels understood, supported, and valued. She has made wonderful friends, and we can see how much she enjoys going to kindergarten each day. We also want to thank Ms Chi, who, together with Ms Christine, made such a positive impact on our daughter’s early education. Their kindness, patience, and professionalism are truly outstanding. Kids Club Collins Street has proven to be a safe, caring, and stimulating place where children can thrive – and we cannot thank Ms Christine enough for being such a wonderful teacher and guide. We are so happy with our daughter’s journey and highly recommend this kindergarten to any family. 🌟

My kid’s been a regular from last two years & is still going to Kids club. Most importantly, it’s very near to my work and I’ve the flexibility to pick up and drop her. Service is top notch and the best part is, being in city, it’s having a very multicultural environment with lots of kids and educators coming from different regions of the world. Definitely recommend in CBD area, as I’ve found Kids Club as one of the best, with regard to amenities as well as childcare fees. I’m saying this as a person who visited some other nearby centres too. Thanks 👍

My child was only enrolled here for approx 3 months in the rainforest room for 2 days a week. During this stage, I picked him up 6 ( six) times with a soiled nappy. And this was not fresh as I was left scratching the soil when I would pick him up. On top of this, throughout his attendance my son would come home with nappy rush. While I was promised my son was in top care, I was left felt feeling shattered that basic needs weren’t met. While management took action after my complaint, the damage was already done and my heart was crushed that I immediately took him out of the school. They had the audacity to still charge me 2 out of the 4 weeks of notice period for un-enrolment despite asking them to waive the full period considering their lack of care. The best thing about this school was taking him out. Neglect is neglect. But I can let them tell you all about it.
