Lani’s family daycare is a safe space where our daughter is very well taken care of. Lani creates an environment that fosters the development of the children in her care as well as attending to their basic needs with great love and detail. Communication is very easy with Lani, the home is clean and very well maintained, and her practice adheres to all the requirements mandated by Baulkham Hills Family Daycare. Most importantly, my daughter enjoys going there. To her it’s a place of familiarity and comfort, and we see this in the way she continues to grow and explore her environment. “Happy children learn” and this rings true for my daughter attending Lani’s FDC.

We followed Ms Lani when she decided to leave her previous workplace - this alone speaks volumes on how much we value and trust Ms Lani's care. Ms. Lani is warm and authentic - she really cares and prioritise the welfare and safety of the children under her care. She is also very transparent and communicates well with us, the parents. There is something about Ms. Lani that she could easily make children and even babies feel safe and comfortable. Children and babies communicate through emotions - and every time our son sees Ms Lani or leave our son with Ms Lani, he smiles, and he is not in any distress (e.g., crying). We highly recommend Ms. Lani.

Lani is Absolutely Wonderful! We feel so fortunate to have Lani as our daughter’s daycare carrier. From the very first day, her warmth and genuine care have put us at ease. As parents of a 10-month-old, it’s never easy to leave your little one in someone else’s hands, but with Lani, we know our daughter is in the best possible care. Lani creates such a calm, nurturing environment, and it’s clear how much she loves working with babies. She’s incredibly attentive to my daughter’s needs, always ensuring she’s happy, comfortable, and engaged. Whether it’s through gentle play, or simply cuddles when needed, Lani knows exactly how to make her day special. Her communication with us has also been fantastic. She keeps us updated with daily notes and adorable photos, which means so much during this precious stage of life. It’s clear that she truly cares about building trust and creating a positive experience for both baby and parents. We couldn’t ask for a better person to look after our little girl. Lani has become such an important part of our lives, and we’re so grateful for everything she does!
