From day one, the educators have been incredibly welcoming, caring, and supportive, making both our children and our family feel comfortable and valued.<br><br>The level of supervision and attention to each child has been outstanding. The centre is well organised, professional, and it's clear that the safety and wellbeing of the children are always the highest priority. As a parent, that gives me real peace of mind every day.<br><br>One thing that has really stood out to me is that every time I visit, I see the Approved Provider walking around, greeting the children and staff, and genuinely engaging with everyone on the floor. Seeing that level of hands-on leadership gives me confidence that the team is well supported and that the children are at the heart of everything they do.<br><br>Communication with families has been fantastic, and the educators genuinely care about helping each child learn, grow, and feel confident. Our children come home happy, excited to share their day, and look forward to going back each morning, which says everything.<br><br>Thank you to everyone at Little Crocodiles for your kindness, patience, and dedication. My kids have attended this centre for 18 months. This was when it was Little Zachs Academy to now. Little Zachs wasnt great at all.<br>Since Anthony has taken over with Crocodile kids, everything has changed. He has turned the centre around. The centre is now such a positive place for children and their staff.<br>I have two children attending and they absolutely love it. There is a lot of new resources, the feeling is just positive and welcoming, and the staff who remained are amazing with the children.<br>I feel confident leaving my kids there every day and you should to.

My child has been attending the centre for almost a year, the difference in just a few months since the change in management has been absolutely impressive. Staff are happy to be there and it’s clear they know the children by their individual traits, they aren’t ‘just another child.’ The new director is wonderful and they have really turned the centre around. Lovely, clean and positive environment. Highly recommend :)

My daughter has been attending Crocodile Kids for the past few months and we are so grateful we found this centre. The educators in the Koala room have really helped her come out of her shell and made her feel comfortable from the very beginning. All of the educators are so welcoming, caring and supportive, and their communication with families is fantastic.

We have had such a wonderful experience with Crocodile Kids Carey Bay since they took over operations of the existing site. My child is currently in the Koalas room, and the teachers there are absolutely incredible. The new management has completely uplifted our whole experience - you can really see and feel the positive changes in the environment, organisation, and care. Highly recommend this centre to any family.

We couldn’t be more impressed with Crocodile Kids after moving from another centre. Our two year old is excited to go each morning and often forgets to say goodbye which is a huge change from our last centre where he would cling to us and not want us to leave. The educators are all very attentive and welcoming, the centre is always tidy and organised and Anthony, the new owner, is really passionate about the centre and the experience for the kids. Makes a huge difference knowing our kids are getting such a great experience.

My son has been attending this centre for over a year and he absolutely loves it. The educators are incredible — patient, caring, attentive, and genuinely invested in each child’s wellbeing and development. I trust every single one of them with my child, and I would never put him in an environment where he wasn’t safe or cared for. The centre itself is secure, organised, and professional. There are cameras throughout, a keypad entry with individual codes, and sign-in/sign-out tablets that ensure only authorised people access the site. The staff know exactly who is coming and going, which gives me peace of mind. Communication is excellent. I receive daily updates, including meals, naps, toilet breaks, and photos of activities. They’re always happy to chat about how my son is going, what he’s learning, and any goals they’re helping him work toward. As with any daycare, kids have moments - they’re learning boundaries, sharing, emotions, and how to navigate social situations. On the one occasion my child was bitten (which can happen in any centre), the educators handled it professionally and compassionately. They called me straight away, documented it, notified the other parents, and made sure both children were monitored moving forward. I couldn’t have asked for anything more. The educators are on a first-name basis with not only the kids but most parents too. They genuinely know and care about the children, and it really feels like an extended family. My son has grown and developed so much since starting there - emotionally, socially, and verbally. He has become a more confident and happy little person. There will always be a mixture of opinions online, but I encourage parents to visit the centre themselves, meet the staff, ask questions, and make their own judgement. For us, Crocodile Kids Carey Bay has been one of the best decisions we’ve made for our family, and I couldn’t recommend them more highly.
