Our child has a wonderful educator in the Kangaroo room who genuinely cares about the kids and navigates their individual needs. We continue to see our child learning, developing and growing in confidence due to the care and support from the class educator.<br><br>The app is easy to use but communication from the centre could be improved at times in relation to more notice for events etc.<br><br>The previous menu needed improvement and has just been updated but could be a little more child friendly and have more options for fussy eating children.<br><br>It can be difficult to get a park around school times with school parents using the childcare car park when they shouldn’t be which needs to be addressed to support parents who are picking up small children from the childcare.

It’s a great place for kids. The instructors are very approachable and genuinely listen to the child’s needs and the parents’ concerns. Overall, we’ve had a positive experience. One area that could be improved is communication, particularly ensuring that important information about a child’s needs is shared promptly with all relevant instructors.

We are very happy with our experience at woodlands Childcare & education Sunbury. The educators are friendly, caring and our children have settled really well. We feel comfortable knowing they are being looked after in a safe and welcoming environment. I would especially like to mention Neelam, Vishmi, Samia and Navdeep who always loving, supportive and welcoming. We would highly recommend this center.

This daycare has honestly been amazing, my two children have went here since they were both 8 months and honestly get excited too go to “school” everyday! All the teachers are lovely and inclusive! Couldn’t recommend it more

My son has been at Woodlands for two months now. He settled in well, and the staff is lovely and attentive. I would recommend Woodlands to other parents.

Overall, we have had a very positive experience with Woodlands Sunbury Childcare, and our daughter seems genuinely happy and settled there. She particularly enjoys being around most of the educators and has developed lovely relationships with the staff. Neelam, the Centre Director, has also been fantastic at listening to parent feedback and taking appropriate action to address concerns, which we really appreciate. My main concern is the high turnover of staff, as it can be difficult for children and families when familiar educators leave and there are frequent changes in the team. Despite this, we are very happy with many aspects of the centre and appreciate the caring environment they provide for our daughter.

We’ve had such a wonderful experience with Woodlands Sunbury Long Day Care and Kindergarten. Our 2.5-year-old daughter joined a month ago, and she has settled in so well. The educators are caring, welcoming and genuinely attentive to her needs. We’re so happy to see her enjoying her days there and feel very comfortable knowing she is in such good hands. Highly recommend!
