Since my 2 year old son atarted in june this year he has adapted really well in his class i cant fault them and management is very understanding caring and always look has their best interests in what the kids want

I was previously enrolled at Woodlands and I would not recommend this operator to other families.<br><br>The closure of the Sunshine centre caused significant stress and uncertainty for families, and I felt the communication and support during that time was very poor.<br><br>What concerns me even more is the wider pattern. I am also aware of other centre closures involving this operator, and recent public reporting about Woodlands St Kilda Road raised very serious safety concerns, including potential child access to a 12th-floor balcony and issues with emergency evacuation planning.<br><br>As a parent, that is extremely concerning. In my view, safety, communication and trust should be the absolute minimum in early childhood education. Based on my experience and the publicly reported issues, I would strongly encourage families to do their own checks before enrolling.

My 4-year-old son has been attending Woodlands Sunbury for the past year, and we have had a wonderful experience. The management team is approachable, listens carefully to parents' concerns, and is always supportive of both the children and their families. The educators are caring, friendly, and dedicated to creating a safe and nurturing environment. They are always available to provide help and assistance whenever needed and genuinely care about each child's learning and development. Their patience, kindness, and commitment have helped my son grow in confidence and enjoy going to daycare every day. I truly appreciate the hard work and dedication of all the staff at Woodlands Sunbury and would highly recommend this centre to any family looking for quality childcare.
