Lack of supervision…too many incident reports to count… my child was left scarred physically and emotionally. Inadequate care for children’s wellbeing and safety.

Our daughter has been attending kool beanz ocean shores for the past year and we absolutely love it. So much so, that her little brother will be joining her there in the new year. The educators are so kind and caring, the facilities are new and well maintained, and the variety of activities has made for a wonderful experience for all of us. We also really appreciate all of the family and community activities that have been hosted by kool beanz.

When your 2yr old runs through those gates each morning - beaming smile- straight into the arms of her educator - you know you’re onto a special thing!!<br>She also often says to me as I lay her in her cot at night “Miss Lys is my best friend” and then continues to list a number of her cherished educators and friends from Kool Beanz.<br>Her older brother attended this centre from the age of 10 mths - he has just started big school and the solid friendships he has built in such a safe environment really is a testament to their nurturing approach, but also their encouragement in the children’s independence and confidence!<br>Thank you all, you’re amazing!!
