We are so grateful to the wonderful team at YMCA Derrimut Early Learning Centre for the care, patience and kindness you have shown our little girl since she started attending the centre.

As a mum, leaving your little one in someone else’s care is a big step, and it means so much to know she is surrounded by educators who are caring, supportive and understanding. Thank you for helping her settle into her new environment at her own pace and for making this transition easier for our family.

We truly appreciate the love, attention and effort the team puts into making the children feel safe, comfortable and welcomed. Your patience and dedication have made such a positive difference to our experience, and we feel very fortunate to be part of the YMCA Derrimut community.

Thank you for everything you do! 💗

The kinder has been the best place to my daughter. She has improved her knowledge and definitely the educators have a good experience and patience to take care of your kids. If I had more stars I would give it to this place.

Recommend Derrimut YMCA. It was a daunting process in going through the various early learning/childcare centres as we simply just want the best for our child. We were put at ease when given a run through of the centre and the planning that they drafted up for all children that are enrolled.

Hats off to Megan and Joyce whom are awesome educators for our child. We have seen the growth and development in our little one, and she is now happy and excited to go, learn and play. They are both warm and welcoming and always have a smile. They never hesitate to answer any questions or queries we have.

They regularly update the daily routine and provide photos/videos of milestone moments. Can't thank them enough.

100% recommend YMCA Derrimut! Moving my girls from a previous centre where we had lost trust in management, we came to YMCA with fears and a bit of anxiety but the staff was extremely supportive, helping our family navigate the transition with ease. They are great at communicating with families, processes are monitored and recorded, educators are great at communicating with families and genuinely care about children well being and development. They have helped my girls feel confident, learn new things, develop problem solving, and have empowered them. Once the girls settled at YMCA, I felt that I could trust the staff, a feeling I couldn’t have with the previous childcare we were in.
Thank you again to all the team for all their support and care.

It's wonderful to see how much our niece enjoys attending every day and how much she has learned and developed since joining.
Highly recommend this childcare and kindergarten to any family looking for a nurturing and professional early learning environment! 😊
