The educators are genuinely interested in my children's well being and happiness, and the manager Ruwani has provided us with guidance and support for our eldest who has had some challenges. They have an onsite chef who makes delicious and nutritious food and the centre is also inclusive and culturally diverse. I am grateful my children is being taken care of by educators who treat them like their own children.

My daughter absolutely loves The Grove and all of her educators. She has been at The Grove since she was 1.5 years old shes now 4 and she arrives with big smiles each day and running down the hallway to her room to begin her day. We have had the most amazing experience here at The Grove and are so lucky to have had such amazing educators who you can tell genuinely love their job and they greet myself and my daughter with big smiles each and everyday.<br>My daughter asks me each night before bed if she is going to "school" tomorrow and she replies with "yessss", and when it's time to go home she never wants to leave and I get "just 5 more minutes mum"<br><br>My daughter is in the 3 year old kinder room at the moment and she is loving the fortnightly programs in which her room takes place those are Bush Kinder, Music Class & Cooking classes with Maria.

Came here to share a positive review as a parent whose child currently attends The Grove. Couldn’t be happier with our child’s experience so far. The educators and management are wonderful; super kind-hearted and caring. The centre has a warm and welcoming feel. Our child loves coming here and doesn’t want to leave some days at pick-up, which is a real testament to the community The Grove has built.

I did the groves program years ago (13? I think) and the only memories I have of this childcare centre is that someone yelled at me to eat something I didn’t want to for lunch, then refused to let me play with the other kids until I ate the meal, which I did not. I also have a vivid memory of being yelled at because I tried to talk to my little sister who was in a different group from what I remember. This is my personal experience, I understand if others had a good time here but to have remembered both these memories this long and remember that it was at this childcare centre is insane to me. Ive also seen the other reviews talking about having billing problems I consulted my parents about it and apparently they had the same issue but it eventually was resolved.

My daughter has been attending the grove child care since she was 8month old. The carers are absolutely beautiful, empathetic and make my daughter feel loved and comfortable. Her motor skill have improved heaps and being with the other children has defently helped her be more social in society. Also great to know they don't have a high staff turn over. Their chef "Maria" is definitely a nonna to everyone in there! Apparently shes been with the company since its opened (think 13 years from my conversations with her) and my daughter loves her nurtrious food. The front office team are always accommodating to my child's needs. Was a bit of a wait to get her in, but I'm so glad I waited. Looking forward to see my child grow as she develops her learning at the Grover Child Care Centre.

What a horrible experience via phone. Just called to see if there are any vacancies for a 2yr old, and how many places the centre is licensed for as I don’t want a big centre. Robyn told me I was asking too many questions and the Director was not available, so I need to come for a tour. Again I asked how big the rooms were and how many children attend, as this is my worry. I was told “you are asking too many questions and that was not appropriate”. WOW. Robyn put me through to the Director (who was not available 10 seconds earlier), but too late. I’ve at least not felt welcomed or heard. The Director apologised on behalf of Robyn. Maybe further training for your team in Quality Area 6.

I wholeheartedly trust everyone at the grove. The kinder educators feel like family. They care for the children's emotional growth and foster their curiosity. We will miss them!
