We have been at the centre for 4 years now. The educators genuinely care for the kids, build wonderful relationships for them, and I know my children are in good hands when they are there. Wouldn’t trust anywhere else with my kids!

My son started at Children’s First Blacktown this year after coming from another centre and the transition has been incredible!! The staff are so warm and really take the time to get to know him, which I really appreciate. They centre regularly update me on his progress and I’ve noticed his confidence grow significantly. He’s made lovely friends and actually looks forward to preschool each day. What I love most is their student-centred approach. They see what he’s capable of, encourage him to try new things and make it clear that mistakes are part of learning. As an educator myself, I also like their focus on sustainability and how they use the 8 Ways in their program. It means a lot to see a centre that celebrates different cultures and has such a genuine sense of community. We’re really happy here!! HUGE shoutout to Miss Valerie and the other Bamal room educators for all your hard work.

Both of my sons graduated from Children First Blacktown Road Service Centre, and I am truly grateful for the support we received. The educators are professional, reliable and genuinely care about each child’s needs. When I was worried about my son’s development, the team gave me clear and helpful advice. Because of their support, I was able to seek therapy early.” My son doesn’t enjoy group activities, but the teachers always encouraged him gently without forcing him. I was so surprised when he remembered things like the T1 line all train stations name — these are things he learned at the centre! Thank you to the whole team for helping my boys grow, learn and feel safe. I highly recommend this service to any family.

It's been nearly four years since I felt unable to share my experience, but today I am so overwhelmed with joy that I couldn't resist—big shout-out to Meera, Valerie, and all the educators working there. My son graduated from here today; he's been here since 2021. Since Meera and Valerie are part of the management, the centre is thriving beyond words. Every educator is so caring and attentive to the children, so I was always worry-free. My younger son has just started here. Children First Head Office—Don’t let these extraordinary ladies go. They are all superwomen. Your centre is in safe hands. I could have given you 10 stars if I had an option.🙌😊

I really appreciate all educators hard work at children first and the way they always put children first. I don't have enough words to say thanks to all of them, especially Allamee room educators. I would highly recommend this place to others families.

After having our son here for a year we have no regrets. We are thankful for the amazing teachers who are passionate in ensuring our kids have fun and engaging activities everyday.

My daughter has been attending the Children First Blacktown Road Centre for the past three years, and I couldn’t be happier with the wonderful care she receives there. All the staff and educators are amazing, so kind, professional and always a pleasure to interact with. Although my daughter has a few favourite educators 🤣, I can confidently say that every single one of them is caring, supportive and warm. I highly recommend this centre to any parent. I’m going to miss the centre just as much as my daughter will when she moves on to school in the coming months.

Children’s First Blacktown Rd is a five star centre. We have had the most amazing year getting to know the brilliant teachers and been able to watch our baby boy learn and grow in the most supportive and caring environment. As a first time mum, I had a hard time thinking about other people taking care of my baby but we have found the most amazing community that makes me feel happy and confident that my child is loved and cared for. The centre put so much time, thought and effort into making amazing experience daily for our children. They ensure there is a vast variety of learning, cultural and fun experience that help teach new skills to a range of babies and children who are all developing at their own paste. Our son has blossomed under their care and the teachers take a genuine interest in him, what he loves and what he hates. Thank you to all the staff at Children’s First Blacktown Road. The community you have built is amazing and we are grateful we get to be apart of it.
