A great institute with wonderful staff. Their environment is very conducive for students to learn the early skills and concepts for their educational and personal development.

Absolutely wonderful childcare centre with amazing, caring staff who genuinely love what they do. My 3-year-old daughter absolutely adores her educators and looks forward to going every day.<br><br>The growth and development we have seen in her has been incredible. She constantly surprises us with the new things she has learnt, and it's so rewarding to see how much her confidence, knowledge and personality have blossomed.<br><br>It's such a great feeling knowing she's in an environment where she is happy, supported and encouraged to learn every day.<br><br>A huge thank you to the entire team for the love, care and effort you put into the children. We have had such a great experience at this centre. So supportive and understanding. The educators are amazing and have such a great relationship with the children. My children have learnt so much from them and I couldn't be happier with their service. Always going out of their way to help out and support us with whatever is going on at the time. Children first Blacktown road is amazing. The staff / teachers and even the schools cook are all so lovely. We unfortunately had to transfer our daughter to a new daycare due to moving out of state but if we could have, we would have brought them all along with us. My daughter absolutely loved her teachers, the daycare was like a home away from home for her. The staff were always so accommodating to our needs. Our daughter learnt so much from them and we can’t thank them enough for all the love and support they gave our little one while she was there. If you are looking for a daycare in Blacktown, I highly recommend Children first Blacktown Road.

Such an awesome daycare, all the staff are superstars! This daycare deserves every star given! They always go over and above to achieve high standards to make sure all parents and children’s needs are met. I cannot express how grateful I am to have both my kids come here! Specially one of mine having Autism. They have support workers with the dedication to help and support your child(enquire within). They really put a lot of care and dedication into what they love! We moved our son to this daycare when he was 3 years old, after being at another centre, and he has now spent two wonderful years here. The centre itself isn’t flashy or brand new, but what truly makes it exceptional is the quality of the educators. Shortly after he started, our son was diagnosed with a hearing impairment. Even though the team didn’t initially have experience with this type of additional need, they worked closely with us every step of the way. They listened to our concerns, asked questions, and genuinely partnered with us to support him; not only in his day-to-day care, but also in inclusion, and helping raise awareness and understanding among the other children. We always felt heard, supported and trusted. The transition to primary school has also been amazing. The centre organises three sessions with the local school, which has helped our son feel confident, ready and genuinely excited to start “big school”. The outdoor space is another big highlight. It’s a real natural environment with plenty of opportunities for outdoor learning, risk play and exploration. Our son has truly thrived there. While we are so proud to see him ready for this next chapter, we are also a little sad to say goodbye. This daycare has been with us through the good and the challenging moments of the past two years, always partnering with us to support our son’s development and help him grow so much. We are incredibly grateful for the care, kindness and dedication of the whole team. Highly recommend to any parents looking for a nurturing, inclusive and supportive daycare.

We have been at the centre for 4 years now. The educators genuinely care for the kids, build wonderful relationships for them, and I know my children are in good hands when they are there. Wouldn’t trust anywhere else with my kids!

My son started at Children’s First Blacktown this year after coming from another centre and the transition has been incredible!! The staff are so warm and really take the time to get to know him, which I really appreciate. They centre regularly update me on his progress and I’ve noticed his confidence grow significantly. He’s made lovely friends and actually looks forward to preschool each day. What I love most is their student-centred approach. They see what he’s capable of, encourage him to try new things and make it clear that mistakes are part of learning. As an educator myself, I also like their focus on sustainability and how they use the 8 Ways in their program. It means a lot to see a centre that celebrates different cultures and has such a genuine sense of community. We’re really happy here!! The educators are professional, reliable and genuinely care about each child’s needs. When I was worried about my son’s development, the team gave me clear and helpful advice. Because of their support, I was able to seek therapy early.” My son doesn’t enjoy group activities, but the teachers always encouraged him gently without forcing him. I was so surprised when he remembered things like the T1 line all train stations name — these are things he learned at the centre!
