We've been very happy with our decision to send our little one to Mikayla. We love that it's a community based not-for profit. The centre is quite small, and she gets plenty of personal attention and care from the educators.

Our girls have gone to mikaylas for about 2 years. We have been consistently impressed by how the centre is run, the staff, and the genuine care and leadership for the children. No opportunity for learning is missed, the staff are committed to helping us raise conscious, kind, loving little people. I really recommend this centre.

So happy with my decision to send my 10 month old to Mikayla. This daycare centre is a hidden gem, often overlooked for the fancy new (and privately run) daycares in the upper mountains. What you get is a great bunch of educators with many years experience, smaller numbers so more specialised care (they know your child), and a very inclusive environment. The fact that it is a community run, not for profit centre is a big part of my decision and I know the funds are going back to the care and enrichment of the children, not aiming for big profits.

Great not-for-profit, community based centre. The carers really know and take good care of our son and have been very accomodating and helpful. Our 2-year-old talks about his "best friends" at daycare.

100% love this daycare. It's small, with strong community focus, the educators are caring and creative, our little one is very happy there.

This is a great daycare to send your littlest family members. They are always creating a fun environment for the children. If you are looking for a centre for your child, don't go past this one.
