I just want to thank Julie for giving my daughter (who is neurodiverse) her first big break working in childcare - as well as her team for welcoming her with lots of support. It just shows her (and her team) compassion, kindness and understanding. Although we never got the chance to speak to each other, from the bottom of my heart, I just want to express my heartfelt thank you.

We’ve had a great experience with Julie and her amazing team over the last 2 years with our daughter. There’s a real sense of community and warmth from the moment you walk through the door. The staff are caring with very low turnover, which has made such a difference in helping our daughter feel safe and happy. She loves going each day, and we’re so grateful for the way the team has supported her individual needs with genuine care and attention. I highly recommend the centre and have already enrolled our son to go next year!

Our 3 year old has been with OAC for a year now, and we love the educator team and their approach. While the class sizes are a little larger than we like, the centre as a whole is relatively small, so it feels like a big home for the kids with ability to connect the younger and older classes. The team has gone above and beyond to support our son with his development, including around toileting, and he's thrived with them.

We absolutely love this place, the staff and kids are just amazing

I had high hopes for this childcare centre as the older rooms looked inviting and the kids seemed happy. The youngest room however, absolute chaos. They don't even let them outside and the educator told me it was the 'directors rule'. I didn't start my child here as after a few play and stays my concerns were met with 'well, unfortunately it's just a busy room'.

OAC Carindale welcomed our family with so much warmth and care. They really get to know your child, catering to their needs and nurturing their interests. Our son loves going to daycare and has bonded with all of his educators. We feel so lucky to have found this OAC amazing team!

OAC Carindale is amazing, there is so many good things to say about the place. All Educators are fantastic, the facilities are great, and they keep the kids occupied with lots of fun activities each day. It has been such a great experience, I am so comfortable having my son here! Cannot recommend enough!

OAC Carindale has been a fantastic place for our three children. The facilities are wonderful, giving plenty of opportunities to learn and play. The communication and engagement between the staff and parents has been wonderful. It’s a nice small community vibe. The centre is also working with The Resilience Project and embedded the Early Years Wellbeing Program into the Kindy curriculum. Helping our kids with emotional literacy and positive mental health strategies. Amazing work!

Amazing centre with just the best staff. We've had both kids go here over the last 3 years and they really go above and beyond and very little staff turnover. Couldn't recommend enough!
