I can’t say enough good things about this daycare center! It has truly exceeded all of my expectations—5 stars plus! To be honest, I was a bit hesitant at first after reading some reviews on Google, and we nearly dismissed it as an option. But I’m so glad we didn’t. From the moment we walk in every morning, we’re greeted by the warmest, most friendly educators. It’s clear they genuinely care about the kids, and their positive energy really sets the tone for the day. The staff are incredibly professional, and the environment is nurturing and fun. My child has made amazing progress since starting here. I recently discovered they have an in-house OWNA app where photos are uploaded daily so the parents don’t miss out on the action. I’m so grateful to have found a place where my child feels safe, valued, and happy. The centre director is also very flexible with your requests. Highly recommend this daycare!

Don’t go there! Rita, the new manager, she’s rude and doesn’t know how to reply messages or emails in polite way. They kids all run around the centre at after school care, no teachers activities at all. If you like kids go to a wild place, choose weldon.

Here is my experience with Melissa Woodhouse Manager Early Years Learning Programs (Concord West) Rather than appreciate our feedback and take it on board/discuss with the team internally to identify any potential shortfalls in the service in order to retain their clients, Melissa Woodhouse responded accusationally and succumbed to self ego at the detriment of the business i.e. LOSING CUSTOMERS. Her unprofessional response to my enquiry/concern for parents and their children within the Weldon Community is an indicative of poor management of staff and clients. A smart operator will respond professionally, synsincally and appreciate customer feedback rather than retaliation. The daycare needs to remedy the degradation of their business. Definitely below sub-par services.

Positive: Highly skilled professionals, reliable & responsive, Caring & Stimulating Environment with Happy Kids Our son started in the nursery at Weldon when he was 10 months old and now he is 4 years. The center soon became his second home with lots of friends to play with, highly skilled educators, daily feedback on child’s growth and interests. Program offers enriching learning opportunities and encourages child’s sense of belonging. With the assistance of every educator and the continued nurture of the Weldon community he will continue to develop and enhance his social & emotional wellbeing and physical development. We could not be more thankful to all those involved in this beautiful journey. I will highly recommend Weldon (Concord West) to everyone who asks, there are so many wonderful things to say, but the most important is the wonderful team of staff who care for our children, you really couldn’t ask for a better group of carers who support, care for and educate our children.

I was hesitating to put my kids here at first as couple of the reviews where not so flattering but those specific reviews seem to be two isolated incidents that have to do with communication with management other than the quality of care in this facility. Even one of the one star review admits that the on ground staff is great. I have been happy with this daycare so far. My kids have now gone here for 3 weeks and they enjoy it. The management has been good too imo. I like that the groups aren't too big and every morning I see a lot of the same faces greeting us so my kids have already started to feel very familiar and comfortable there. Only improvements that could be done is the HubHello app could be updated more frequently with pictures and curriculum plans. The smaller kids group has been updated but the preschoolers group not in more than a week now. Also there is only one functional bike atm for the kids to use. If anyone has some working second hand bikes please donate them for the daycare kids to use as they love riding them in the yard. Otherwise nice daycare and the kids have big and comfy space outdoors to play with with a sandpit, ladders, mattresses to jump on, cover from the sun, plenty of different toys and activities. They also maintain a little garden. Food has been healthy and the kids eat well there and the staff is super friendly, sweet and caring! Thanks for looking after my little ones with such good care!
