My experience with the educators was generally positive, and they were caring towards my child. However, I have been disappointed with the administrative side.<br><br>I have received conflicting information regarding my child’s enrolment end date, which appears to be different from the information recorded by Centrelink. This has caused significant stress while trying to resolve my Child Care Subsidy assessment.<br><br>I hope the centre reviews its administrative processes and ensures enrolment information provided to government agencies is accurate, as these records can have a major financial impact on families.<br><br>I hope this matter can be resolved promptly.

We have nothing but positive things to say about our time here with our daughter. From the moment she started, the team have been incredibly welcoming, warm and supportive. We have felt so comfortable here and our daughter has flourished so much in such a short amount of time. We can't thank Blue Gum enough for their incredible care, specifically the Joeys room with Miki, Lucette, Sian and every other amazing educator. Our experience with Blue Gum Child Care, especially in the Joeys Room, has been wonderful! The educators are so warm, caring, and attentive, and it’s clear how much they genuinely care for the children. The room is always clean and welcoming and the activities they do encourage learning, creativity, and confidence. Communication with families is fantastic, and we always feel informed and supported. It’s such a comforting feeling knowing our son is happy, safe, and always to excited to come to blue gum! He especially loves the food :) Thank you to the amazing Joeys team for creating such a nurturing and positive environment — we truly appreciate everything you do!

Table tennis only available to seasoned players. I was told to go away & get experience elsewhere. Very much “false advertising” on blue gums part.

Blue Gum has been a safe, loving, and stimulating environment where our children have always felt truly cared for. We especially appreciate the excellent communication—you’ve kept us well informed about our children’s days, from what they’ve eaten to what they’ve played, learned, and experienced, complete with photos and thoughtful details. This has given us great peace of mind and truly reassured us that our children are in very good hands at Blue Gum. Thank you for being such an important part of our children’s early years. Blue Gum has been an amazing experience for our family over the past 5 years with our 3 kids, 2 who are still attending. The educators are incredibly passionate, attentive, and genuinely care about every child in their care. It’s clear they go the extra mile every day—whether it’s taking time to understand each child’s personality, providing thoughtful updates, or creating a warm, nurturing environment where kids feel safe and happy. We’re so grateful for everything the team does and highly recommend this daycare.

This was my son’s 3rd year at Blue Gum and I am so grateful that we found this centre. They are a passionate team with barely any staff departures in the time we’ve been attending. There is always someone to give my son support when he needs it, thanks to their higher ratio of educators to children. The menu always sounds/smells delicious, and my son tries foods at daycare that he wouldn’t at home. I highly recommend this centre - we will be very sad to leave when my son goes to school!
