I couldn’t be happier with my experience at this centre. As this was my child’s first time attending a childcare centre, I was naturally nervous about how they would adjust. The educators and staff went above and beyond to make the transition as smooth as possible, helping my child feel welcome, safe, and comfortable from the very beginning. The educators are caring, patient, and genuinely invested in each child’s wellbeing and development. It’s clear how much love and effort goes into creating a nurturing, engaging, and supportive environment. The communication from staff has always been excellent, and I’ve always felt reassured knowing my child is in the hands of people who truly care. Seeing my child’s excitement each day and the growth in confidence, independence, learning, and social skills has meant so much to me. There is no greater comfort as a parent than knowing your child feels happy, secure, and valued while they’re away from home. I am incredibly grateful for everything the team does and would highly recommend this daycare to any family looking for a place where their child will be encouraged, supported, and cared for with kindness and genuine dedication.

My child has been in PSB for over two years now and we both have been very happy. Excellent setup with all rooms elevated and north facing to the playground overlooking big trees and lots of grass. Beautiful, Fresh, clean, safe, animals birds possums etc and vegetable garden, open plan no where to hide or be feeling compacted. Swimming lessons, sports, educational extracurricular programs to advance your child’s health and wellbeing. Very kind and supportive they have always helped us to achieve the best outcomes and they go out of their way to help special needs and care for each individual child.

My girls have LOVED their time at Perfect Start. I’m almost sad this is our last year there!

Highly recommend the Perfect Start team at Birkdale Shopping complex. Everyone is always warm and welcoming when you first walk in the door. The teachers give every child the attention and support they need, and are always friendly. Which I can attest to, as when my son first commenced Kindergarten and had never been to daycare before, we were so disappointed when I picked him up and he was sitting alone in a corner crying. He hadn't eaten or drank all day or been to the bathroom. Turns out they had a new teacher on board who didn't uphold the same values in practice and therefore was no longer a part of the team going forward. Since then our son has been going from strength to strength and now when I pick him up, it takes me half an hour to actually get him out the door.

Have had my daughter attending this daycare for 1 year now, transitioned from nursery to toddlers and both rooms have been amazing. The staff are all friendly, caring and attentive. We love the family environment feel and the amount of outdoor play the kids get is awesome!

It is very inconsiderate not to mention dangerous that you allow the children in your care to throw stones over the fence.

I can't recommend Perfect Start highly enough. It's a beautiful centre with the most wonderful caring staff who go above and beyond for the children and their guardians. Nothing is ever too much to ask, everyone is so friendly and any concerns are always dealt with compassionately and professionally. It has the best garden area in comparison to any other centre I've seen and I continuously recommend this centre to my mum friends.

A wonderful childcare with some great community links and values. It has a amazing play area and some great teachers. It also has some great external programs like learn to swim highly recommended
